Altitude plays a big part. You shouldn't change the pilot jet and the main at the same time though. Make each step individually, so you can see the results of each change. What elevation are you at? I would think you are too rich. You are still running the air box, right? Lid on or off? What is your current jetting? You said you had 300 mains, and were going to put 30 pilots in. Are they 25's now?

You deffinatly don't want a 16 on in the dunes. Sand will rape you of power. What tires do you run in the sand? That 13 is probably what you want with your mods.

There are threads on here that tell you hoe to do everything possible to your shee. I recomend you look through 350twindeathbed's "let's see your banshee" thread on the images page first, and pick a style you like first. There are a few ways to do it, don't lop them off entirely before you check out your options.

Save your money, call up Jeff. A good dune port should set you up nice. It may take a while to save up the dough if money is tight right now, but if getting up the hill first is really important to you, porting is in your future.

It's been a while since I've been on here. The new set up looks good Lee. Although my favorite "cheers" smilie is gone. I see bigred350x is back no doubt stcking the video forum to the nuts with videos of the new cub. I guess it's not that new now. I'm going to be moving to Colorado Springs area in a couple months. Is there anywhere to ride around there? I found a big sand dune recreation area, but it looks like it's foot traffic only. I don't know about you, but that doesn't sound like fun to me. My chuck taylors just don't throw that great a roost.

I'm moving to Colorado (army) and on my way I'm going to spend some time back home. Well Back home is Florence Oregon, and I have toomeys. I'm not looking to spend the $130 on the hush kit if I can avoid it because I'm just passing through, and I really need as much of my money as possible for the move, I'm curious though, will another brand of silencer match up to my pipes, and pass the DB test? Cause used silencers are a dime a dozen. I'd much rather grab some of those off ebay run them while I'm there, then throw them back on ebay when I get to Colorado.

I don't know that I'm getting what you are saying. Is the "cold" pipe actually cold like it's not running? Or are you saying the other cylinder is running too hot? why did you need a new top end "again"? Is the one side running way hot, melting rings while the other is normal (look for air leak). Need more info. Also, what is you elevation, and are you ported?

I'd go kick the guys ass that you bought it from. There's no way it has a "recent overbore" with 105 com. unless he had it bored, but reused the pistons.

They do have shippers, I'm in the army and we can ship our vehicles to new duty stations if we chose not to drive. I've never had to price it though because the Army pays for it. For that matter I've never shipped one of my own, but I have gone down the the shipping agent a couple times with people whe were getting out and shipping their vehicles home. My vote is if it won't make the drive sell it. edit: Also, the shippers that the Military use only ship to certain locations. So you would have to go to the closest recieving agent to your location to pick it up. Just one more reason to swap it out instead of bring it.
