  1. Huh headline reads "teen shot by police brain dead", your not kidding, obviously before the shooting as well.
  2. Do a search or check out http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/elecfaq.html Your also gonna want to install tors eliminator kit on the carbs. The web sit is a great help!!
  3. Cut back the casing approx 1/2-5/8" take the wire core and fold it back along the wire itself, place the terminal clip overtop the wire core and crimp on. The crimp will look like an M shape (curling each side of the clip in to the center) if it didn't come with a crimper most elec. crimpers will have a "ignition terminal" spot. Use a little silicone spray to lube the boot to slide it over the wire. Hope that helps
  4. Just enough to cover the circumfrance (1 layer), and hold it on with a little masking tape.
  5. Yes stock up know because come Jan 1st 2007 there will be no spare parts available anywhere, they will be banned from ebay and all ATV shops & dealers, and they will come in packages with pictures of injured riders on them!
  6. Yes do it!, if your crank has a couple of years on it you should also do the bearings.
  7. Until you smash your melon and give the quads a bad rap!...Dumbass!
  8. Yea, I'm with big red, once you get used to giving it a little "blip" to keep the front up I t jumps just fine!, I've even heard alot of people mention how the Banshee loves to jump. I've run mine for 2 years with the stock suspention and it was fine, but with the new wider suspention its just better, and corners awsome! Jumping comes with practice and knowing your machine.
  9. make sure the choke tube is connected, and make sure you didn't switch the slides side for side.
  10. The Yamaha dealer!...well then, it's gospel!, run the one quart then. My Yamaha dealer told me to run 10w engine oil in my tranny! The case is probably low, all you'll need is a can of compression and that should stop that pesky leak! The compression is available at you dealer. Good luck!
  11. you kidding...well no one told me..... ....ya, that should of been a factory change, make it louder ............new for 2006 and now louder!

  20. Is that thing 4 wheel drive with a Shee powerplant? Looks well done and fast!
  21. I think I just puked in my mouth! I love the positive camber on the front wheels, that will get ya far. Hands down the ugliest thing next to the banshee with the YFZ plastics
  22. I used to polish alum as a side biz, and I always found that the surface is so smooth that the clearcoat dosn't stickl, it just cracks or peels off, or it will tarnish underneath and you gotta peel it all off. That realy sucks. When you paint bare metal you have to use a etching primer, and of corse that would defeat the purpose. I'm sure it would be fine for a chopper that is 90% show and never sees the trails. From my experiance I suggest against it. Unless you use clear powdercoat, but if it dose chip or get scraped that spot will tarnish and start the visious circle all over again!
