  1. The washer clearence should be fine with 2.86 ratio but it's worth a look. Through the years I've run a total of 12 TZ bearings in my asphalt bikes and never had a new one make any noise when spun. Straight cuts can make a little more noise than stock but not "terrible" as you describe. Don't hear mine over the OOF drag pipes lol.
  2. When you went to the straight cut primaries did you change to 2.68 ratio? If you did then I'd check the thick washer on the water pump shaft. The oversize gear will rub that washer and make a terrible noise. You can carefully grind it down for clearance. Another thing that you might not be aware of is that you need to use a little silicone sealer on the crank key or slot so air doesn't get sucked in causing a lean condition in the right cylinder.
  3. Bought from FAST Racing - Installed on wifes bike then immediatly removed - Never even hooked up the cable. Her hand is to small for the reach. $38.50 shipped to the lower 48 only

  5. Can you just put a rubber plug on the nipple in the clutch cover or do you have to bolt on a block off plate? On an asphalt bike can you leave the pipe off the back tranny vent? Thanks

Very durable and heat resistant for consistant ET's but do require HD spring pressure. I paid $14.62 per plate as a special order and can provide a copy of the invoice. These should be run with an inner and outer Kevlar fiber to protect the aluminum pressure plates. Price of $7.50 - $8.50 per plate based on how many your interested in or if a "kit" is wanted with Kevlars/springs etc. PM me with what your interested in. ** 8/23/18 update - I also have 6 or 7 full sets of fibers that are the 2 Kelar and 5 RQ's as the original Dirt Digger's were.
