You are on the borderline for race gas. Especially if you plan on giving it even a slight bump in timing. Check the compression and go from there. I would bump your pilot to the 27.5 though. With your filter set up you may be ok with those 280's for the mains. Swap to an 8 heat range plug to. If your simply relying on a touch cooler plug to be what it takes to not detonate it's definitely time to get safer domes if you don't wanna run higher octane.

The pro mod style tranny you will start hearing about is a trans that has had a few parts cut back and some other spots massaged so that the trans will shift with either/or just a slight blip of throttle and no clutch or full throttle and a super light feather of the clutch. The later of the two works best in my opinion. The trans will have virtually zero missed shifts and is much easier to shift and find gears. It's like the difference between shifting a ford ranger and a porche. Just much more precise and you can also down shift and engine brake with out bending the shift forks like you would if you downshift a full over ride at speed without throttle.

Sprinkler man has posted a nice kit in the past. I also saw starwriter's and it's a nice rig to but it's machined. So cost wise it's not practical.

Do not use those templates . The exhaust is the only thing that works. Do one with scribing over dykem after setting it up with a degree wheel. Then template that for the other if you are worried about symmetry

Man part of me keeps wondering how many guys can get in the fabrication for banshees and still keep things profitable. But now that I think about it more competition makes for higher quality stuff and better service if guys wanna stay alive. As stated before, looking forward to seeing good things from you guys. I'm from michigan and hope to meet you guys in person one day. Side note. Between the new house and medical shit I'm not getting time to do my hybrid chassis so I may be doing some things to the stock banshee chassis. Hell I might even be willing to pay someone to just finish the fabrication on my hybrid or current banshee chassis project. We'll be in touch.
