Take the carbs apart and thoroughly clean them, clean filter and air box, pull apart all electrical connections and spray them with contact cleaner or brake cleaner then re assemble with dialectric grease, spray brake cleaner through throttle cable till it comes out fairly clear and follow it with lube, clean throttle assembly and lube it. See where that gets you.
Do this right away and get the bike revved up and cleaned out. You could still have a little bit of water in the crank case. So it could be goofy till you get it cleared out.
