By the description you just gave, I would guess the following in this order - 1. The water pump is not working (stripped gear or water pump head stripped off shaft) 2. The water pump is working, but radiator is blocked or partially blocked 3. Cooling system is without issue, and you have an air leak, dome issue, or detonation issue causing extreme heat Your 210 main should be fine on that set up when everything is correct. Pilot should be 52-55 and DEK Needle on 3rd- 4th clip

From the videos you have posted, I believe that you are hearing your aluminum labyrinth seal "clicking" between your two inside crank bearings. The video that confirms this best for me, is where you are rotating the flywheel by hand. This is a common issue we see with factory crankshafts, where there is no o-ring located on the lab seal. Most aftermarket crankshafts have at least one, if not two o-rings installed to prevent the seal from moving side to side. You can confirm this to be your issue by simply unbolting your reeds from the cylinder and rotate the flywheel by hand just like you did before. The crankcase will no longer be sealed and thus, put little to no pressure on the lab seal back and forth. If the clicking is now gone from removing the reeds , the good news is - it really is not hurting anything and a repair is not required immediately. However, to repair the issue, an o-ring should be installed on the lab seal. If you remove the reeds and the clicking persists, I would recommend that you tear down and inspect for a damaged bearing on the crankshaft. Good luck! -Chris

Judging by your picture, it looks like the Idler gear shim (goes behind the idler gear) It also looks like the 2nd pinion gear shim, but that is on the main shaft, so if you did take them apart 100% seperately, it would not be that.

We have spent a bit of time testing SLP pipes on a couple of our cheetah cub motors. The face of the curve on the SLP is all of that of the paul turner mid range, plus 10 HP on top. In real world riding, the SLP's pull incredibly hard through the mid range, but do fall off quick at 8,500 RPM. Paul Turner Mid range pipes are an untouchable pipe for bottom end performance but do limit top end horsepower. The following dyno chart is one of our 421 Cheetah cubs as cast, Race Gas, 2 into 1 Intake (38PWK), comparing Paul Turner Mid Range pipes to SLP. BLUE LINE-PAUL TUNER RED LINE - SLP. Paul Turners begin to develop a very usable and smooth curve as low as 3K RPM, where the SLP struggled to be loaded heavily until 5K RPM. Both lines follow eachother very close in the mid range, and the SLP only begins to outshine Paul Turners at 7,500 RPM. Both pipes do lose HP quick past 8,400 RPM, but the SLP is the worse of the two for over rev.

These overflow tubes are a press fit into the aluminum. No solder here. The bowls are machined to this specific tube. The overflow tube is typically needed for gas bikes to avoid gas overflowing into the motor. It is very common in alcohol carbs with billet bowls to not have this feature. This overflow tube was designed exactly the same as the standard Keihin bowl overflow tube.
