  1. Actually a cutting wheel and a set of tin clamps to create the lip similar to the outside edge already has.
  2. Can and Will cause cancer. Especially for folks always around it. Respirators sort of help.
  3. 1/4-1/2" toe in, -1* camber. Be pretty conservative on the castor. Get the frame to sit level.
  4. Probably be ok. I'm surprised any one ever paid to have that thing built for a warrior. But it should work and be leaps and bounds better then the stocker.
  5. Yeah, but once you can afford to haul ass and look good doing it, why not. Sleepers are cool, but I hate working on dirty shit.
  6. Whichever one you get should have it in the package.
  7. Have you jetted for the cold?
  8. So far the only chart I've seen for a 10mm super serval would be from Redline for rajuncajun. There are quite a few regular 10mm servals posted, but Cam has those dominated as well.
  9. That would be the crows foot like Larry mentioned. They are finally pretty common in some tool suppliers and their catologs. I believe you have to do a little math for those to torque where you want, as the extension is like added leverage.
  10. Snipers may be different. Have to see if Gary has tested that. I thought you were talkin about coating shearers. In reality there are a few different pipes that to run better coated. IMO, you can use it to help move or retain heat differently and I know of a couple sled builders who use that to their advantage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Mat Sheaarer himself told me he had a set of coated pipes come through and they were down about 10 hp.
  12. CP Industries...
  13. Good luck with anything other then OEM or a quality hand wound like Gary's. Yes I've bought race tech.
  14. It's important to realize that you're just the moron with the running bike....
  15. ^ and folks think I'm nuts. I was just out there today. Ewww!
  16. Yes. Use soapy water in a Windex bottle and spray everything.
  17. Leave a message and they will call you back when the machines aren't full bore. Typically Jeff has been calling later in the evening.
  18. Plate should be about half the stroke.
  19. I played with a set of them briefly. The guy who did a 4mm that I beat up all winter is more in the sled world so he is in with the folks at SLP. They come on like what an FMF would and just freight train right up to 9,000 RPM. But the sign off is pretty abrupt. They reminded me of rockets but everything happens about 250-500 RPM sooner. If you are in trails, twisties, and idiot holes, MX, these are for you. But if you wanna be wide open down logging/fire roads, dunes, open gravel pits you honestly might not be to stoked because of the way they sign off.
  20. ^ awesome...
  21. Is that Golden Spectro synthetic? I thought it was conventional. If that's the case 50:1 ain't gonna cut it.
  22. Start fat and work down.
  23. F boss! Lots of other billets out there, just make sure they are mikuni boots. UPP stuff is nice as well.
