  1. I was just asking if they were in the states or Canada. Once Moe Finishes my frame I'll have to mock everything up to order shocks. Does Stadium build from scratch or do they need stock stuff to rework? Kinda worried Peps may take a while.
  2. And..... Viola! Beautiful shit.
  3. Also, make sure that the Vent tube is not bent ever so slightly.
  4. If you do indeed have the height set correctly, and it still dribbles you need to look at the Needle and Seat. It may have crud on it or beginning to wear. So when the float goes up and presses the metering needle in to the seat, it may not be sealing properly.
  5. What brand?
  6. The pistons you have are blaster pistons. The 795's do not come in the 68mm bore size so guys use the blaster style. The cylinder is cast with the proper geometry to not need a spacer plate or stepped domes.
  7. But it's a "FRESH" rebuild with less then 100 hours....
  8. Every now and then they pop up a year later with a new name and attitude. Pretty rare that they'll use the same name and apologize.
  9. Wow, that's pretty sad. It's just funny how there are people out there where no matter the topic of forum, they are always on some high horse and any time someone makes a post, it is automatically an attack. Always right, always innovating, always on a high horse, always the victim. Read your own content. It's no different then any time you see a 15 year old kid get on and start talking shit and cussing people out because they didn't get the answers they wanted to hear. Grow up. Thacker.... You are a pathetic excuse of a human and father after reading that last one.
  10. Stadium in the states or Canada?
  11. Hmm, you too?
  12. If time constraints were no longer an issue, would you ever consider creating a club/association/group/whatever you wanna call it? You would probably be able to schedule dates at the same tracks. Just bounce a week ahead or behind the AMA schedule and it would piss the AMA folks right off. The AMA here started to suck so I started racing random events else where. I just hate how much it costs, for the little bit of riding, and then it's a very I'll managed organization. They has bounced back couple seasons now, but it's because racers have demanded better organization.
  13. 30 pilot Needle second from bottom clip 270-280 main.
  14. Large pair of snap ring pliers will do the trick. You will need to make sure you have a set of tips that have a nice angle. Also I will help to pull the bolt holding the silencer up. There's way more room once you lower it and aren't up on the grab bar. It may also help to use a flat head and a mallet to tap the snap ring a bit to loosen it it all the way around. That also helps to turn the snap ring if it's clocked to an impossible position.
  15. In for da hoagie show!
  16. If anything was cut, I was probably for a Duner or drag bike. If you are just a regular ol trail guy, find another one in tact. Cut off the junk brackets and exhaust stubs that may no longer be in use. There are a few good threads here with lots of photos of cleaned up stockers. If you are a good welder, it may be worth welding those back in.
  17. Hehe, Vito's..... The only thing left from Vito's was the guys who now run DriveLine. Stay away from those sleeves for more then a few reasons.
  18. Now the point is you dance around the answer like a politician. Haha. (I'm just busting your balls)
  19. The black screw next to the fuel inlet will be your idle. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. You have the keihin 34mm pj's right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I himmed and hawed about doing a 10mm for several seasons. I wanted to see a few other fellas build them and kick the hell out of them and it is definitely happening now. Lots of 10 servals and cubs being trail ridden and duned recreationally. Even some DM's. The cheetahs are nice but need the right hands on them to be up to par with comparably CC sized motors.
  22. I bet we just found the problem. Follow the throttle cable out of the carb tops. Make sure they aren't hung up there. Now follow them up to where they go in to a fitting as a pair and come out as a single toward the throttle. That fitting is the "splitter" that I am referring to. Check to make sure the cable is in each bung and seated fully. I've seen TONS of guys rebuild a motor that starts and revs to the moon. Almost always it's a cable that was tugged around on motor install.
  23. I leave a voice mail, and almost everytime Jeff will call me back late in the day after he's done in the shop.
  24. How were the cases sealed up. Top half completely removed and both halves cleaned before yams bond? You say the throttle is forward. If you wick it and let go do you hear the slides clack closed? Pull the filters and move the throttle while you watch the slides. Make sure they aren't hung up. Also, check your throttle cable at each junction point. If the end comes out of a carb top or where the 2/1 splitter is, it will make a bike rev to the moon.
