  1. My new cases for a 10mil were $2,500 alone. Probably overkill, but I've waited this long so might as well do it once and be done.
  2. Yep, possibly a melt down.
  3. Pretty rich. You want the porcelain to clean up a bit and get the smoke line about 2-3 mm thick.
  4. ^ this is why you should do stem and possibly bars. To get 3" from bars alone would make for a goofy set of bars.
  5. Figure out what that green stuff is that fast sells and find an equivelent there in the UK
  6. But what about the leak down BRO!
  7. Roll arms $1000 bottom dollar used Roll stem $300^ Motor if actually has everything and fresh $1500 Frame $300 Plus all the other goodies. It's there all day.
  8. ^ yep, get them close then run the tool. I like to set them with feeler gauges and then run the gauge.
  9. No! Do you have the needle that came with the PWK's?
  10. No.
  11. I suppose. None the less, it's dribbling. If the needle and seat are good for sure, then move the tab on the float 1mm at a time till it ceases. These machines can be pretty simple to work on and they should be. It makes it easier to enjoy them. Try not to make things harder then they need to be as it can just create frustration.
  12. http://terminaltwister.com/the-purpose-and-use-of-choke-in-a-motorcycle/
  13. ^That. Get it jetted correctly for it to actually run with out the choke when it's warmed up a bit.
  14. 165-168 mainDyno jet needle? From stock carbs or for keihin 35mm PWK's 55ish pilot.
  15. In your opinion as a builder. If I am doing a high dollar build and was having a CP mono jug ported, would I be having to high expectations to expect the little casting nubbies at least be sanded off? Just curious, if it's common or not and wondered as I'm taking the plunge.
  16. Take it off and have a new o ring kit ready. Is it idling really high all of a sudden? Showing wet plugs? Burning plugs?
  17. No real point, you need to have a float bowl that let's you put a line on it to see that. Or maybe you can try tipping it till the actual over flow line fills then hold the line up and see what happens... For real though. You keep saying you know this and that, but still have a problem. Just sayin'....
  18. Over heating or bubbling coolant out the overflow? It could be a failing head gasket pressurizing the coolant system.
  19. I've seen one on face book. If I find it, I'll post it in your other threads.
