  1. They got electrical rear sliding windows now? That's pimp! Hopefully it treats you well!!
  2. Mine were originally white, sanded them all down to get scuffs, marks, etc off of them and painted with Black Krylon. Sported black for a season then sanded them down again the next and painted silver with Krylon. Been holding fine for 2 seasons now
  3. Nice looking Goat^^ What size tires are those?
  4. I run Kenda Knarly's as well. Hook up well in all of the terrain I ride in and also wear great.
  5. Most recent goodie I got today in the mail. Allows me to monitor stuff through the OBD II Port, is a scan tool and can fiddle around with it to show my fuel mileage. Mostly wanted it for the IAT feature. And I know it looks off centre but sitting in the seat it's not off Have had this for a few months now, works quite well
  6. Probably had to unload an entire grease cartridge in the joint And yuppers...After the winter I will be getting Headstuds and O-rings, 110lbs valve springs, bigger injectors, Tunnel Ram Intake, Levelling Kit, tires/wheels...the list goes on!! Will eventually be running twins as well I'm assuming you are home from Japan?
  7. Us Canadians will refer to Tim Hortons as Timmie Hoes sometimes I'm not sure if they have opened many Tim Hortons in the States yet?
  8. It is fun!, what are you talking about Yeah I enjoy doing stuff like this...Probably tear down my other Cummins and rebuild it just for shits and giggles next year.
  9. My Dually is a 99 and my current truck is an 01. What is your bully dog chip rated for? I'm assuming it just hooks up through Data Link and MAP harness?
  10. Looks really good, you've done a lot of work to it! What are the specs on that turbo?
  11. When I switched over to CEL's on my 33's there was quite the difference on how the engine ran (a good thing). Once the needle clip position is put to the right spot, these carbs run real nice
  12. Nice looking bike! Looks like it is in good shape to the above comment
  13. Did you end up purchasing that rig? If so get some pics of it up!
  14. Sure was! I usually always get DD from timmie hoes. I'll probably stop by timmies before work, gotta have my fix before work
  15. I know, but I just wanted to get the truck back up and running in proper condition. I have an extra 24V Engine kicking around, so what I'm thinking of doing. After winter I'll send my head out to get checked and o-ringed if in good condition. Once I get it back, another Saturday I'll R&R Gaskets, Swap heads and also install studs once the head is on. That way the truck is only down for 1 day, and it saves me money
  16. Last weekend I broke a Cylinder head bolt while I was re-torquing them a bit higher than OEM. So I babied it all week until Saturday when I was able to R&R the headgasket and remove the broken bolt. Once the head was off the broken bolt came out by hand! So I cleaned the block and head all up, threw on the new gasket and started to re-assemble. All in all it went pretty good, this is my first time doing a headgasket on Dodge pick ups. Next time around I can probably knock off an hour or two. But anyways, took a few pics and just figured I would post them for shits and giggles.
  17. I believe you about the updates, shit can take awhile! What did you have to delete, I don't think I've had to delete anything in regards to updates. The new update is pretty snazzy though, better features, graphics are better for not high def tv's, sound is a bit different, etc. I started back playing it again the other night. Also started playing Killzone 2 online, so I switch back between Socom and Killzone. It was funny, played Socom the first time the other night since probably 2-3 months. First game I entered with 10 mins left and came out with highest kills. Ended up being MVP for that round I'll have to catch on there sometime and we'll play together yo!
  18. Lookin' good! That's a nice colour I thought so, didn't think it was too high
  19. I haven't actually played for a couple months! Usually I end up watching my brother play So far I like the new patch from just looking/watching. Quicker respond time is nice and I like the weapon menu. Maybe I'll play some today or tomorrow on my time off, get back into the game! Should start doing that so I'll be up to par when the new maps come out I'm "Mild_Port" on the PS3.
  20. Could be some sort of restriction on the low pressure side of the pump. Whether that being in the draw straw/tank somewhere or maybe a hose/line? Usually gas engines don't go through fuel pumps too often. What kind of fuel pump are they, or are you replacing with OEM parts?
  21. What's that putting out, like 100HP?
  22. Most Heavy Truck transmissions do not have Synchronizers at all, hint why you just can't pop in the clutch anytime and aspect it to slide into gear like a car. If you tear apart an Eaton 6 Speed, then yes there are Synchronizers inside. These transmission are used behind engines that do not put out a lot HP. Once you start getting into 10 speeds and higher, there are no Synchronizers. Non Synchronized transmissions can handle higher HP (Synchronizers are a weak spot). Shifting a heavy truck transmission is all about engine RPM and Gear RPM. As you accelerate the engine RPM becomes greater than the selected gear RPM. When you go to make the next shift, you let of the throttle. Right as you let off the throttle you slide the lever out of gear, as the engine RPM is decreasing there is a point where the engine RPM will match the next Gears RPM. This is when you are able to slide the lever into the next gear without much hassle (when the RPM's are matched). And Mack Transmissions are usually harder to get used to because they are a Main Shaft, Twin Counter Shaft design.
  23. TORS (Throttle Over Ride System) is an OEM system that is suppose to limit RPM while the parking brake is applied on stock Banshee's. If the system is working properly, when the parking brake is applied and you try revving the engine, it should only go to 2000RPM give or take (from what I remember). The problem is, a lot of the time the TORS System screws up. You'll go to rev the engine and it will only rev above idle, meanwhile the parking brake is not applied. Most people remove the TORS system to save on the hassles of it.
  24. As long as you beef up the necessary parts; suspension, driveline, etc then ya it can be done. It's a bit of work to do, as long as you have the time, fabrication skills and money. However the people that have done a reg cab short box Cummins Conversion love it. You get a little, tight turning, low weight truck with good power and good mileage. If you decide to start modding it, they can really haul ass. 2K for a 12 Valve Engine is pretty cheap! 12's are nice if you don't want to spend a lot of money for go fast goodies And you don't have to worry about LP and IP problems like the 24 Valves.
