  2. try moving the needle... and that sounds pretty small on the main.... can ya take a pic of what the plugs look like?

  4. I didnt run a lock up on my 4 mill for a while and didnt think the clutch was slipping.... noticed a big difference when I added a lock up though... the added weight is offset by getting more power to the wheels.....
  5. 300-350 mains 25-30 pilots best thing to do is start fat and work your way down till your plugs look good.... do a search on how to do a plug chop it will help ya a ton with getting your jetting dialed in.
  6. first things first, go get yourself a cylmers manual.... it as step by step directions on how to take your whole bike apart. Secondly as others has recommended... try cleaning the carbs and resetting the float height before you go spending money on new parts.
  7. 34mm pjs or 35mm pwks would work great on your setup.

  10. if your not into drag racing you would be much happier with the 4 mill stock cylinders with the dune porting.... another option out there that people are running now are the serval cylinders..... basicly they are cub cylinders with lower port timings so you get a broader power curve geared more towards dune and trail riding.... hit up a couple of site sponsers on here... they would be glad to help ya out.
  11. what carbs do you have? if they are keihins then you cant convert them back to gas.... fyi
  12. stock air boxes work just fine as long as ya install a pro design intake kit or one like it..... never seen anyone run one of those aluminum onesvin use
  13. i personally like to run 32:1 maxima makes some really good oil. i run it in my gas bikes... for alky i like klotz super techniplate cause it stays mixed with alky in the cold weather
  14. i am all for saving a buck but have you seen what happens to an engine when a crank fails? do yourself a favor and buy a good name brand crank...... remeber you can go broke tryin to save money

  17. are you running the stock air box and air filter assy? if so i would either buy a pro design air filter setup for in the air box or buy pod filters. the stock air filters suck and let dirt in the engine. i would also contact a site sponser and have your cylinders bored and honed and also have the crank checked out

  20. going to a single a arm chassis this year. so i dont need these any more. they are standard location light weight drag/hillshooter a arms for a banshee. I would like to get 300.00 shipped for them.
  21. do your self a favor and buy a tors removal kit... alot easier to set idle and no electronics to mess upon ya down the road.
