  1. id take it to a welding shop that has experience in automotive offroad fabbing to get a clean job done
  2. good choice i have both these products on my shees
  3. id run the 14/44 combo i run 14/43 with 22x11x8 8 paddle haulers works good with my setup good hook up and top end pull
  4. im leaving 3-31 friday morning i will be at cement flats by the ranger station i got a blue/green 95 toy 4runner cruise by if you wanna ride
  5. you could have a fab shop modify the stock swinger for the price of one of those extender things and be alot safer
  6. i got my filters from esr in cal. they got the angled flange they clear my big bore sheares just fine
  7. ive had good luck with my barnett clutch im probly close to 80hp when i take it out to the hill i beat on it pretty good its been in there for couple seasons i use all the hd springs hinson clutch basket and hp80/85 oil
  8. i had similar setup 360 mains 32 pilot and 5th clip on the stock neddle at sea level
  9. when i was putting my shee together i figured the cheapest way to go faster was to lose the extra 60 pounds i was carring around it deffinitly made a big differance
  10. id go with the pro circuits they work great on stock motors and even better on modified ones i had them on my old set up once i had the cylinders dune ported cool head v2s stock carbs with the pros it was a running mofo sand dune ridding only
  11. i never had luck with the stock air box getting it to seal right go with dual k&n and outerwears
  12. id stick with the stockers for now untill you get some motor work done
  13. if your gonna break it dont forget to where safety glasses
  14. id leave the stock pilots put in a 320 main should be real close
  15. go with the pros and then get your cylinders ported
  16. my yama dealer stocks keihen jets i just thought it was a funny reply
  17. on my 04 i extended the stock arm 2.5 in with some 1/4 flat bar with good results the stock shock still worked good just needed a longer chain and brake line
  18. i went to my yama dealer the other day and told the parts guy i need 160 main jets for my 35mm keihen carbs on my shee and he said why would you get 160 if 200 is stock how about you guys
  19. you got to have the case clearanced for the added stroke i doubt the yamaha dealer could do that type of work unless they have a machine shop
  20. id try 310 main 4th clip on the neddle and 30 piolet
  21. i have the $100 upp intakes but there the stock style rubber intakes but they fit bigger carbs
  22. get some 22x11x8 10 paddle skat trak haulers but get them from a performance quad shop thats a skat trak dealer so you could get the b&b cut on the tire alot lighter for racing i got mine from ris designs in so cal id go with the +8 on the swinger
