use grease on the orings so when you assemble the head together the orings stay in there grooves

had pro circuits on my old dune ported 350 moter sucka had some nice mid and top end pull

UPP stuff works good never had any probs with them

never had luck using the stock air box and a adapter plate always find dirt in the carbs thats why i like clamp on k&n and outerwares

sounds like you got to bump up the main jet a little try a 300

when i bought my first banshee i said i was going to leave 100% stock

i love the sst pipes on my 04 give them a shot you wont be disappointed

i got 32.5 pilots 4th click on the needle and 330 mains on my 04 its got sst pipes milled head vforce valves and dual k&ns runs great at sea level

had the same problem awhile back the carb sliders were out of sync quick adjustment is all it took

I took my 22x10x8 8 paddles haulers off my 2000 and put them on my 04 regeared to 13 40 worked killer at pismo this weekend

Whats up guys just got back from pismo today. Had a great time hanging with freinds and family good weather and good racing. Just took my 04 red & white did some ass kicking got my ass kicked couple times. Alot of quick bikes there 2 & 4 strokes. Place was packed with people i hear you need to make reservations even on non big weekends.No prob with red sticker either.

Yea i dont no about the hard pack dirt but in the sand put on some haulers with your sst pipes CYA honda

I run 14 42 with 22x10x8 haulers on both shees works good for me i tryed the 13 tooth front and yea to much shifting

yeah those sst have alot of low and mid range pull i got some on my 04 just had the stock head milled dual k&ns +4 timing shee runs way nice usually take out similar preped t5 shees i would go with t5 if you do any port work

sand only 50/50 simple green and water power wash then blue magic

i was out there saturday and yeah it was crazy i was out there with my red & white 04 never had problems at pismo with red sticker
