  1. Jim, Home Depot. Get Metric Allen Head screws...and big washers.
  2. CEL needle. 48 pilot. 150 to 155 main. Probably still rich...but, better safe than sorry. You're running an airbox....so, not flowing as much as clamp ons. But, it's cold too... See what Jeff Says about your jetting...it's his port job.
  3. Just did....500001 last I checked...does the lucky poster get a shopping spree?
  4. 10 paddle on a stock swingarm? Wow.... With a 44 on the back already (if you plan on keeping that) I would go 14 or so up front. You've got a ton of paddle....which is gonna bite too much in my opinion....so I wouldn't gear it super low...
  5. There is no Rev Limiter on a stock shee, I think you mean the TORS, or throttle override, that's not a rev limiter. Yes, a +4 timing will help ANY motor, but it will compliment a motor with opened up air intake (better filter, no lid, etc.) and with pipes much better. Three very cheap and easy mods once you have your bike piped, air filter and jetted are shaving the flywheel, bumping your timing and shaving the head. Noticeable and very, VERY cheap....
  6. Congrats..Simon. Seriously, I love going fast....but I just don't have the nut sack to put my bitch in the air and do that shit like you do. I always enjoy your vids and your skills.... Congrats again man!!
  7. You will need a few things...depending on which way you go. You will at least need 795 series pistons for the long rod. You can run a spacer plate OR get domes cut for the longer stroke. Not many fans of spacer plates, just one more place to leak. That being said...if you get domes cut for the longer stroke, you need to get the motor's porting/timings changed to work well with the stroker motor.... Call Jeff @ FAST, he'll give you straight answers and good pricing as well. www.farmandsandtoys.com Or... 785-364-5325

NYUK...you have PM. It's here, boxed, at work ready to go. Let me know. Dave
  9. Dunno if this helps, but I ran a 48 pilot in my 35PWK carbs, but it was a 421 cub, not a stock bore/stroke like yours.

John... Let me check my garage. I'm pretty sure I have a stocker, clean...with skid. I don't remember if I sold it or not. It's already boxed. Free to you...pay for shipping (big box...sorry bud.) Let me get back to you....when I get home I'll check the garage and throw it in the truck tonight, bring it to work and measure it up for shipping... I'll PM you tomorrow with my phone to chit chat about it.... Least I could do for ya... Dave
  11. I PM'd a buddy of mine that cuts overrides....he'll get back to you...
  12. A little more than 350 posts left...c'mon. Lee...unban night for just a few days.... ROFL...
  13. Oh yeah. I'm not about to take my truck to a dyno, etc. But...it sure sounds good without even getting dirty...
  14. Yeah, says on the site 03 to 05...but I can certify it'll fit on an 06 as well. http://www.mopar.com/m_perf_subcat2Check.j...5=1170364508641
  15. Jeff...I think I read on a site it does...I'm not 100% positive. However, I can find out...hold on. I will you give YOU a steal on it....
  16. I like the holeshots for hard packed, clay...they have a stiffer compound IMO...(XCRs) Razrs are a great, great trail tire for looser/loamy stuff.
  17. Sorry...not for a banshee boys...but, you understand. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=73114
  18. New in box, comes with everything including instructions. I will end the auction early for a BHQ member with confirmed payment.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...5604&rd=1,1
  19. I agree 100%. jankab did my cub for me after all the problems I had initially with it. A dip in the deck was leaking coolant, the base of it leaked....etc. I was miserable. He got done flattening and sealing it up, and my dumb ass took it out on long trail rides, lost an air filter, sucked water...and popped a head gasket again. Took it back, fixed it again...and it ripped all year at the track and dunes. Trust me...you've got a good package started. get the compression and timing up...and you'll be amazed how good that little motor will run! Second gear holeshots all day long...
  20. Thanks buddy....You'd think Google would help a brotha out... it was the cnc.net that threw me....good lookin out!
  21. Will somebody please buy these so Jeff can finally pay me my commission and I can put my order in for more FBTs. (Fat Boy Treats) I've been losing a few pounds here and there, and I'm all about getting the good traction....LOL... J/K about the commission guys.... :yelrotflmao:

I may have some cheap intakes for you...I will have to get back to you. I have black UPP intakes I used for my cub and 35PWKs last year, a season old. If they won't fit the 39mm alky carbs I'm going to...I'll give them to you for a good steal of a price. Let me see and get back to you...
  23. Possibly...met up with Hops last weekend for the 14 paddles. BS'd a few, never got a chance to make it out. I might head out with Evan to drop off frames at the powder coaters...not sure. If not, yeah, I'd like to come out and meet up with you lads...it's been too long. How's project XCR coming along?
  24. Quickly...its a device that through centrifugal force, forces weights against the clutch creating more pressure on the plates so they don't slip and you get improved power transferred from the motor to the tranny to the tires. They are pretty much a MUST for any drag racing. A lot of hopped up duners like them too... You can go to their website and find out more info... trouble is...I can't find their website at this moment...
  25. Mike is a great guy to deal with...you'll be satisfied with him no doubt.... Most builders prefer to port a cast iron sleeve cylinder, then bore, just in case they "Oops". Hey...happens to anyone. That way a fresh bore and hone will really tighten it up. I'm a firm believer if you're gonna get a port job, get the top end freshened up too...unless you pull apart a brand spanking new motor.
