I would draw the line with a shift-less tranny. We both have to let the clutch out to launch...and even though we don't pull the clutch to shift, we still have to shift at the right RPM...etc.

I think a shot after the take off and a beer down the stretch should be mandatory... This brings a whole new definition to drinking games...

Honestly, send it back and get your money back.... Not because you can't make it work...but because he neglected the motor and sold it to you...that's not your fault and beyond your control. if he stated anything wrong with them (need a bore, need pistons, nikasil is shot i.e. cub cylinder, etc.) then you'd be stuck with what you got. I'd ask for your money back...see what he says...

No, not a snowmobile powered quad...and actual track and ski snowmobile...I lost by like .060 or something because of his reaction time... If you can time the lights on a snowmobile/automatic...you're damn near impossible to beat 8 times out of 10 I'd say... Todd's bike absolutely rips, there's no doubt...and he is very, very consistent...he's got that bike down pat. Honestly, I had just as much BSing with the crew and watching the party with the tow vehicle race. Shane...we need to get a golf cart or something SILLY for that next year...I don't care if it takes 20 seconds, we're gonna find a way to pile 5 or 6 of us on there, with cooler and beers...and run it....

If it were me, I'd ask the guy you bought them from to pay for shipping of the pistons you bought back to him...and he should send you the ones you'll need due to the rust/corrosion. If they were advertised bolt on, and they showed up all corroded and needing work...that's not your fault. Before you spent your money...I"d see if that guy will work with you. Sorry to hear man...too bad. You can go 80 over on a stroker, what you probably read is it's not a good idea to put a sleeve in and run a stroker, it takes away from the transfer ports ability to flow as much...where most of your power can be had....

Yeah, I hear ya Shane. I think they should have a 5.5 and faster class and an automatic class for the snomo guys. I know the snomo guys have some fast bikes...but pushing the throttle vs. letting out a clutch and shifting .... I don't mind running against them...but if there is money on the line, they have the advantage, no ifs ands or butts... I'm liking the Pro Tree, too...I ran both my 4.2 runs on the pro tree...

I vegged out yesterday....so, already cleaned the bike and truck, gonna purge it in a bit, lawn work, etc.... Thanks anyways though!!!

That's awesome. Rog.... I rode JT and Hoppers bike, they both rode mine. I couldn't ride either of theirs for shit... JT managed to rip off a 4.4 on mine without even breaking a sweat...I think he liked the 10 mil...LOL... I thought that was pretty damn good for him without ever even sitting on my bike...

Smokin!! Who all was there Rog? I left albright yesterday at like 8AM...and I know quite a few others showed up for the race...was wondering how Bob's was.... Any idea when you're gonna rent Bob's. JT, Brent, Dan and I are all down fo sho.... Brent and Dan both got in late Friday....and would love a few hours of T&T. Any chance we can rent Bob's for 5 or 6 hours....I think everyone would pony up 20 to 40 bucks if we could have it going for a bit longer....

I've always ran 13...it's always been good luck for me... I actually took a plastic for sale sign like you get from Walmarts or the hardware store...cut it...and got a LONG velcro strap. I got really tired of the electrical tape and paper plate for the races...so, for about 3 bucks I have a removable number plate...

I only ran T&T yesterday, came home early.... All I can say it is the most fun I've had riding yet. Great track, great people...here's just a few pics. Thanks to Kelly (JT's girl) for taking the pictures...

He lives in a one horse town in Virginia....I think, and he has packages shipped via a local store, not his own. He owns Dishner Customs.... Even though ultimately it is HIS responsibility to make sure the package ships out...we had a few issues, but worked them all out and I was pleased in the end with his help and cooperation... I looked...and he hasn't been online here since Sept. 8th.... I sent a PM...will call him next if no answer...

We had an issue together, and it was a mix up on both of our part. My bad and his bad. I did eventually get my parts, maybe 2 to 3 days later than I thought...big deal. They were the wrong pipes (not his fault...he didn't know) and he did everything in his power to make them right, from contacting Matt Shearer direct, to offering to send me a full refund, to pay for shipping to Shearer so I wasn't out of pocket any more... I talked to Shane plenty of times on the phone... The fact that you're in Ontario, Canada...might be some of the problem (customs, etc.) I'm not making excuses...I'm just saying. I'll send him a quick note and see what's up...

Just get a cheetah w/ powervalves....LOL... J/K.
