  1. Get donuts like me 18s in the back 20s in the front  Actually unless your riding on a track or somewhere that doesnt require ground clearance its on. When i trail ride i got a set of 20s for the back and 21s for the front. I think 22 and 23s are just to damn big.
  2. Figure anything out yet?
  3. my god i gave up i couldnt read that.
  4. Well it looks like you got enough power so give 15/41 a try. Should smooth out the power some and get you a little more traction. In my opinion 18s are the way to go. I was pretty surprised that they really do help you handle better being just a couple inches lower to the ground.
  5. you can pick up some shorter shocks for pretty cheap just check ebay and such.
  6. I find it kind of hard to believe you frame bottoms out with an elka. Do you have 18s in the rear? I run 18s with the stocker adjusted to my liking and its hard for me to ever bottom out even with some good air. Either way you might need a revalve and new spring. I say this because just putting a stiffer spring wont allow your valving to work efficiently. anyways play around with your adjustments first i had to play with my fronts bc i was bottoming out like a bitch after about an hour of work there a dream. now i can get huge ass air whoops and its almost impossible to bottom out.
  7. I used to run dirtskins neoprene covers they keep out the water pretty damn well and anything else for that matter. I think im actually gonna get the quadtech ones in time. I honestly think its better to leave them open so any water, mud, or dust doesn't get trapped and make it worse. thats just my opinion .
  8. yeah bub give 14/41 a try or even 15/41 if you got the power.
  9. pretty sure bluetraxx did a review on them a couple years back and had nothing but good things to say. Iv also seen them before and they look damn nice.
  10. I run risers and its way more comfortable for me to ride with them.
  11. Well its been awhile since iv posted mine up not that its much different other than a rebuilt motor but here she is. got a new axle coming soon and looking for a cheap -2 swinger for stock carrier then it'll be even better.
  12. id also recommend rebuilding as soon as you can mine slapped for months before i did it. im just lucky. :ermm:
  13. I agree its money well spent.
  14. If you really wanna go all out 450r master cylinder, YFZ450 calipers, and braided lines should really do the trick.
  15. beat me to it =p
  16. I run straight DOT5 but then again i cleared my system with it and thats all i use from now on. Expensive though. :ermm: Honestly though dot3 or 4 will do you fine.
  17. Anyone made an order with racersedge411.com before. im in a big hurry to get a piston kit and they have a great price just wondering if they were legit and dont screw around.
  18. I have the same setup man its plain nasty. youll love it.
  19. Dont worry about it man run the hell out of that oil. before itll cause a problem itll be time to rebuild anyways.
  20. Supposedly awesome shocks from what i hard awhile back but im not really 100% sure on that. When i looked at them awhile back they were 1600 so i was like screw that.
  21. I have LSR +3+1s and love them. Im running them with stock offset rims and it measures 49.5 so if you have +2+1s is should be 47-48inchs wide. It turns fine for me but them again im not in the woods but i have been and its fine too. It is stable as fuck though, i dont think the front wheels have ever left the ground since i got them. other than jumps thats is =P.
  22. Well i just graduated from high school and getting a full time job and a part time job during the few classes im gonna take after summer and a Subaru WRX is the car iv wanted forever. Anyways parents pretty much said if i can get around 5k for the banshee i can go get a used one for 14k or so and they will help me with payments. Just want to see if there is any interest out there for my banshee. Preferably id like not to drive more than 300 or so miles too meet anyone and shipping is ok if you want to front the bill. Check the sig for a picture and most of the mods other than do it your selfs and some cosmetic things. Almost forgot i will be rebuilding the motor with a fresh to end before final sale in hopes that it helps the price out some. Send messages on here or emails to [email protected] if you have any questions.
  23. I put 2" Rox risers on my cr-low bars and im in love with the setup. Id highly recommend there risers any day.
  24. Id go with the 85 for sure. I rode my friends worked race bike that thing was nasty. Plain stood up on me like you wouldn't believe and im like 180lbs. For a 12 year old i think its and awesome choice.
  25. Personally i love both and still wouldn't mind having a dritbike as well but my WRX is next so screw that haha. Anyways Main reason for likeing four wheelers is i find them more fun to throw around and get muddy on sometimes. Dirtbikes are fun and all but iv been hurt so many times on them i consider them death traps.
