I have a full set on the way myself. I have herd of the issue of them splitting but like others said that problem was fixed awhile back. Honestly the main reason for getting them is im sick of bending rims. It seems like every time i go out i at least bend the lips of 2 of my wheels and then they are a bitch to keep air in. Either way i dont think you can go wrong with them if you got the money for them. I also found a place out in CA where you can get single beadlocks for front and rear right at 600$. i think thats a damn good deal if i do say so myself.

I also use the non o-ring gold chain from primary drive. good all around chain for the price.

honestly just get some hay bales and put covers on them. save yourself the money unless its gonna be on a big time track.

Like the others said shorter swinger and you wont have traction problems. i will say though 22s has got to be a pain to ride with try some 20s i think it'll make a bigger difference than you believe.

i always found the h-bomb ones to be badass just wish they fit you bike. Id say go with the duncan ones personally or maybe the skin but they have alot of light blue from what i remember. heres a look at the h-bomb ones anyways.

This is always a huge debate. If i had to put them in order it world go something like this PEP, Ohlins, Elka, Axis, TCS. Honestly they are all great shocks and i think you'll be happy with any one. I will say that PEP is known to have the best but if you get the right person valving the shocks im sure all the rest will work just as good. All in all Elka to me seems like the best choice. They have many options and they are unbelievable adjustable its almost stupid unless you know your shit. At the end of the day you get what you pay for in all honesty.

only other spindles i know work on a banshee are from the 450 even then you need adjustable a-arms to make them work properly.

i had a 250 way back in the day you can get block off plates for the injectors and get rid of the tank and suck. after that mix gas 40-1 and smoke no more.

Like the others said. Start out with pipes. Second id go for a good set or +2+1 or +3+1 a-arms. If you do get the +3s get 4-1 offset rims for less bumpsteer. As for shocks i have elkas and all i can say is i would never go to any other brand other than PEP. They are simply amazing to say the least. Maybe after that get and axle and a -2 swingarm. Then theres the rear shock you can either have it rebuilt for like 450 i believe or get a new one for 650ish. Wish i could help more but if you have any questions send me a message.

looks to me like a 4mil crank. im still kinda confused though did you get the whole motor from him or just the jugs and pistons?

its not hard to bend the frame back at all. This is saying you don't have a fancy powder coat job then it might be a little more difficult. If you don't i recommend bending it back and gusseting it.

Just a tiny update from last time. finally rebuilt for a start also a new g-force axle, new chain/sprocket, and mod quad chain guide/slider/rollers.

Agreed. Like he said you need a taller 1st and 2nd gear or you'll be shifting till it hurts. I run 14/40 right now with just pipes and k&n it pulls great. even think i could pull 15/40 as well 1st and 2nd would pull like a mofo. not that it doesn't already.

personally i just drink as much water as i can before i go to bed seems to do the trick well.

Ok this should make it simple. Look at the threaded part of the a-arms where the ball joints thread in at. they should be slightly slanted towards the back of the quad if looking directly down on the installed a-arm. This goes for almost every a-arm iv seen for a banshee.

like the topic says im looking for a -2 swingarm. It can either be stock type or roundhouse but i prefer if its a round house it comes with the carrier. Try to be a little bit reasonable on the prices im poor right now :tongue:
