  1. No I wanted to go but I was swamped with work. Its about a 20 hour drive for me. I bet I'll make it next year.
  2. how much are you willing to pay? I have one with a 125 eletric start, four speed, disc brakes and a two inch stretch and 45 degree rake on the forks.
  3. I got the final word the groves go toward the piston.
  4. Sorry about that I went to block offs a while back. I do remeber calling trinity with that very same question and they told me the oppisite of what they told me. I would get a hold of calvin just to make sure. I will ask him today.
  5. The groves go down. I have a 485 cheetah and routinely clean them.
  6. I need a set of aftermarket j arms. Perferably drag (light) stock geomerty. Let me know what you guys have.
  7. I have that same motor your talking about a 485 cheetah with powervalves, 38 pwk's and shearer bigbore inframes on gas. It dyno'ed at 90 hp on gas and just over 100 on alky. I say if thats what you want to spend your money on then go for it. As far as maintence goes be sure to find a good motor builder that can make all the difference in the world with how long these motors stay together.
  8. the torchwork rad is by far the highest quality. They are a little hard to get a hold of because of that fact but you wouldn't be sorry buying one of those.
  9. yes its just the boots that are differant.
  10. I just thought I would mention that my ebay name is acmeracing1 not switchblade. and I have a 98.2% postive feedback out of 55 trans.
  11. I had two people step in and buy the covers I sent in for tyler. So I have refunded his money. I also paid him extra the the cover he sent me since I don't have one to send back to him because I haven't got the core for the others yet. I have decided because of this transaction that I will no longer take prepayment on any order. Just let me know what you want and you can pay me when it comes in this way if it is taking longer then you expected you can go some place else all I ask is that you let me know that you are doning so . I hope this will fix any problem tyler has with me. I 'm sorry it has taken so long. Please shot me a pm to let me know.
  12. I just saw this or I would have spoke up a long time a go. The simple fact is that I don't have your side case in yet. I can't speed up the companys just cuase some one gets inpatient. Form the start I told tylerI could not garuntee how long it would take. I tell everybody this who orders them. In the past all the sidecase I have sold took only about three weeks. I was doing you a favor selling them to you this cheap. I sodl him a complete dd lockup cover setup for 300 no exchange, another complete lockup no echeangge for 330 and and extra lexan window for 20. After the fee form paypal and shipping that I paid I bet I couldn't buy a case of beer. You will get your cases when I get them end of story. I'm sorry it is taking so long but that is out of my control. I can't paypal back your money because the cases are allready being done. I believe all the people in the past that have bought the cases have been very please with the service . I'm sure you will twist this post into making me look like an asshole but this is my side. I'm sorry you are not, but I'm not screwing you their just not done yet.
  13. From the pic it looks like the old style head. Tk heads does make a billet style head with interchangeable domes for the cheetah cylinders.
  14. most of the time is take about two or three weeks. I shipped them out friday morning so they will should have them thursday. As soon as I hear something I'll give you a shout. I'm pretty good at keep on them to finish thte work.
  15. Give me a shout I will beat any price on lockups and covers.
  16. Thanks Tyler. I will always try to give HQ menbers the best deals. If anybody has any question they can call me or shoot me a pm.
  17. Lots and lots of horsepower can do that. Like in the 130 to150 range
  18. I would check your compression it sounds like it time for a new top end. If your compression is low like 100 or lower your bike will have a hard kick starting even when its warm. If you have good compression then its your stator.
  19. demonshee, if you go with the 4mil you will already gain alot of torque across the powerband. So I would stick to dual carb. I have run both setups and the duals if they match your engine setup make tuns more power. As far as the luck up I really can't tell that is pulls any harder then without.
  20. I run lockup's in all my bikes. Even in my dune bike. There is very little diffences in the pull on a lockup. The only differnce that I can tell is that clutch seem to engage a little earlier when you release the cluth lever, and all the power makes it to the ground. It's is a great product. Not to mention the covers look really trick. Give me a shout if any of you need them I can hook you up with a great price.
  21. I'm still offering this deal if anyone wants one.
  22. I like the 22 inch tall sand stars. They hook really well even in high horse motors. There is a huge differance in the 20 and the 22.
  23. Did you find the problem?
  24. Hey its just my 2 cents worth. Let me know what it is. Good luck
