  1. You guys are going to love this. I run the 22 inch tall sand stars on my 100hp cheetah dunner. They are great tires I would recomend them to anyone. I have a +4 swingarm and I can drag it or cruise it with these tires. I'm not sure how the turn because the front tires are always in the air, but they do really hook up pretty good.
  2. Did you do a leak down test on it before you ran it. I kinda sounds like an air like on the right side which leans it out and causes it to pop.
  3. I can get you brand new shearers chrome for under 500 shipped to your door. Big Bore pipes are made for motors over 440 cc most of the time. I run the big bore shearers on my 485 cheetah and the are a differant design then the 350 pipes and the cpi big bore are the same design just with a larger diameter stingertube.
  4. I have a very nice one 25 buck and its your shipped.
  5. I have used them in the past and they work great. You do have the mod the clip that holds the clutch cable to the cases a little, but it is not a big deal.
  6. I asked around and I think everyone is going the 2nd weekend after laborday me included. . Last year it wa the 1st weekend after labor day.
  7. I change mine every 30 hours of rideing and its bel-ray
  8. I'm cleaning my shop I have a set of brand new graydon chrome nerfbars that have never been mounted on my banshee. I bought these a few years back and they have just sat in my shop. The nets haven't even been put on yet. 100 shipped I also have a set of used ones exactly like these 60 shipped.
  9. My guess would be compression. Do a test
  10. I use that 1/2 inch grip tap you can get at any home depot. Then a little carb cleaner on the inside of a soft compound grip like a dury. This melts the grip a little and when you slip the grip over the handle bar with the grip tape on it acts like glue.
  11. A lockup is a plate that sits on your clutch pack that has wieght on it. When your motor vrevs the weights are pulled outwards. The weight put preasure on the pack and lock it up so it can't slip. check out there web page www.directdrivecnc.net
  12. I like the +2 with aftermarket +2 +1 a-arms which will stretch the front out a little. That way you can still turn and keep the front end down.
  13. New banshee direct drive lockup and modded polished cover. For 300 with your side case as an exchange.
  14. I thought you didn't have to trench case until you got to a 10 mm

Contact Billy D on planet sand. He has a set of 38-40 mukuni pro's on alky. I know he is trying to sell them.
  16. When you advance your timing it will give you more lowend. The same goes with retarding your timing it will give you more topend. Since banshees have tons to top already I have never heard of some one retarding the timing. +4 degrees is a good safe number for a banshee on gas. If you wanted to run methenal you could go as high as 11%.
  17. I run half a bottle of redline water wetter and water (zero antifreeze). It gives you the best cooling out of all the products out on the market. You just have to remeber to switch it out with antifreeze when winter comes.
  18. Did you run a copression test with the stock size dome to see what it was?
  19. You better doudble check, it is always the weekend after labor day.
  20. I running a +4 on my 485 cheetah. It seems to give me the best of both worlds. I can line up at the sand drags and race. Then go cruise the dunes and ride a wheelie anytime I want. It also makes a differnce if you are running +1 a-arms. Don't get me wrong if I was going to build a strickly drag bike I would go longer.
  21. yes, a raptor axle will fit unless it is some od ball carrier for a drag axle or an acutal honda carrier, and they are 40mm.
  22. That weekend is sandfest it will be packed. I will be there for sure. I'm driveing a silver ford cargo van pulling a white inclosed trailer. There is always a party around us.
  23. how much do you want to spend and do you have a top end you could sell to come up with some cash. Want I'm getting at is after you have the big bore sleeves and porting added to your cylinders. It might be worth getting an upported cub set up and selling the cylinders you have, and yes they would run on that carb and pipe set up.
