  1. I don't think it's the shift star. I think it is the adjuster pin the the shiftshaft slide over.
  2. This sound like the right idea, but your stock clutch setup will not hold the power of a cub. You will need a lockup or 8 plate setup. You will also need a longer swingarm, some paddles that will handle that kind of power and if your really serious an override.
  3. You probably broke the bolt/pin that the shiftsaft slides over. It is used to adjust the shiftsaft on the shiftstar. I have broke those before. Just pop of the sidecase to check.
  4. Do you have a complete motor to start with?
  5. If you go to a true big bore setup you will have to sleeve your cylinders and you will loses your porting. For the money I would go with a 4mill stroke which most port jobs will except with a spacer plate on the bottum. Then when you have saved have the cash buy some cubs for it. I heard some decent numbers out of the 4mill cub motors. You can go up to a 68mm bore with the cubs which would make it a 421.
  6. give us some details. do you want inframe or out of frames, big bore or small bore.
  7. I'm running a 16/42 but I wouldn't recomend it unless you have the motor to pull that tall of gearing.
  8. yes thats right. www.sfbracinguse.com
  9. I also have them with out the lockup for 430. I have a few of these sold so I can take some pics of the differant color combos. I will post them when they come in. Here is another of the one on my bike.
  10. I need an atc 125m motor or a trx 125 motor to swap into my atc 70 frame. It doesn't have to run it just need to have a good tranny. I can fix the rest.
  11. Here is a pic of the red one on my bike. I will try to get a few more later.
  12. Thats the deal, complete with a direct drive lock up. I'm not making much on these I just want to get a few of them out there. Once you see these you all know why. Then they will sell themselves.
  13. Yes they do, a direct dirve lockup. Complete ready to go.
  14. After breaking a couple modded sidecase at the starter shaft seal. I found these I know there is some sticker shock but at least they won't break. You could pay 690 for them through rockymountain atv. If you don't want it thats fine I'm just trying to offer some options.

  20. I've been a dealer for trinity for years and have never has any problems with them. If you look hard enough you can find people that are unhappy with any shop out there. I love my cheetah, would recommend them to anyone.
  21. I would go with a cheetah or a cub they both have a better port layout to start and they are niklesiled so the will last longer. The esr cylinders are just the la sleeves with powervalves and a billet head.. I ran the same setup with out pv and was not impressed. I'm running a 485 cheetah now and it has lot more power. Just my two cents.
  22. Packerd ent. has built a 880cc rotax twin in a banshee. It is on their website. They said it ran a consistent 3.54 in the 300 ft.
