  1. Yeah, that was what I was thinkin'.............. :yelrotflmao:
  2. Yeah, I've heard it before too. It is still pretty funny............. :yelrotflmao:
  3. Yeah, I have a class A, but if you are happy doin' what you are doin' then just do it...........
  4. And they wonder why society is degrading.................. ::
  5. You would have a more accurate reading if the sensor was put in line on the return line. If you just run a "T" in line and a tube up it is a dead end and and may not flow the coolant up the tube like it would if it were passing over the sensor.............
  6. The fins should cut down on the internal votexes that are created when the air goes through the carbs. They are supposed to make the air flow smoothly through.............
  7. When you change to say PWK or other aftermarket carbs they don't use that stupid cross-over tube. So personally I think it is a way for Yamaha to compensate for one cylinder that may not be moving as much air as the other side to rob a little air off of the opposite side. I would be little leary putting exhaust plugs on the cross-overs to block them off. If they happen to vibrate loose and leak they would suck sand in and destroy your motor.............
  8. Funny you should mention that, Jeff said that when they put my cub together the same wire you are talking about was nearly cut in two. So he fixed it and made sure it wouldn't happen again............
  9. The higher the compression, the more pressure pushing down on the piston when it fires and gives you more power and torque. When you get up above say 155-160 you need to run race gas to keep the motor from detonating and getting to hot..............
  10. That wall on the right looks pretty solid, and then you would have a good use for that new chainsaw, and that spare garage door beside the house............ :yelrotflmao:
  11. I like ridin' on the street, but am not to fond of the turning ability of the solid axle. They want to go straight when I want to turn............ :woot:
  12. Our society is definately a different place now ::
  13. Yeah, its not fun tryin' to balance the "honey-do" list with the "what I want to do list".
  14. The last picture shows the doe getting your plate number and callin' the rest of the deer and they now know where you live.................... :yelrotflmao:
  15. I thought VP was 110.............
  16. Nice new winter work shop, beats the hell out of my cold ass garage.................
  17. Sorry to hear about your girl man...................
  18. Yeah, I've been diving for twelve years and have never had any problems with them. I have seen a lot of them and with their teeth, they look really nasty. But unless you are a small shiny fish you really don't have anything to worry about.............
  19. I'm not sure if I need this yet, and its red too................... ::
  20. Here is a compression chart................. Approximate Cranking Compression These pressures are estimates based on fresh stock bore, piston, porting, and deck height. It is recommended to check your compression after installation. Sea Level 1000' 2000' 3000' 4000' 5000' 18cc 197 178 171 170 165 145 19cc 183 167 160 158 152 137 20cc 169 156 149 146 140 129 21cc 156 145 138 134 128 121 stock 130 125 118 112 106 100 Sand Mountain Nevada is at approximately 4000-4500' depending on where you are at. So on stock bike the difference is approximately 33 #'s and on a modified bike the difference is more drastic 42 #'s. But you need to check it at either end...............
  21. Yeah, Jeff said the Padla Brats are awesome tires, but $400 bucks.............Damn. I don't think thay are in the budget right now...............
  22. Yeah, they pretty much have a lightswitch effect on them, from what I am gathering............
  23. I don't see any rear shocks either..............
  24. Yeah, it should rip pretty good when you are done.............
  25. We bought my sixteen year old a warrior and she loved it, and at the same time my youngest one was only nine and she rode it too. I had to turn the throttle screw down to not allow full throttle until she was ready. Now my little one is now twelve and she uses the warrior will full control, and does great. I thought it was a good idea to keep the bigger bike and let her use it than it was to go out and buy a smaller quad and then have to sell it and buy a bigger one. She also got used to the wieght and handling of the larger bike and knows how to ride really well now. So I figured maybe you could jump up to the warrior with the throttle choked down and then upgrade it when they are ready. Just a thought
