Welcome to the HQ............ If you are talkin' about a cub set-up using the stock carbs, you are going to be chokin' the hell out of that motor. No where near its potential, better pipes would also help............ Call Jeff at FAST of PM him on here at FASTOYS, he'll hook you up and let you know what you are getting into financially. After talkin with him and explaining what you are going to be doin' with the bike you may go with another set-up. Call and find out........... :beer:

Yeah, I bought a boost bottle right after I got my bike 3 years ago and it has been sitting in my garage unopened ever since. Once I started on the HQ I found out that they are POS, but I had already bought it............... ::

He sells NOSS heads, not cool heads, cool heads are made by Pro Design and don't have as good of coolant flow channels............ :yelrotflmao:

If you are askin' if they are great tires, for $40 bucks you can't get burned, but with your mods you should be fine. I ran "Gecko's" (I know, I know what the hell was I thinkin') we all started out sometime. Anyway they ran fine for a while, but they don't have the traction that better quality tires do, so I am in search for a good tire for a 421 cub myself. Try them out for a while and see how you like them............... :beer:

Your best advice at this point would be to call Jeff back and ask him what all you will need. I'll tell you right now it is going to cast a lot more than your ported stockers, but then again you will have a hell of a lot more power. I couldn't tell you about the power difference, because my motor is scheduled to be delivered today . Do yourself a favor and call Jeff............. :beer:

If it is fuel, just take the plugs out and kick the hell out of it. Once you get down to just a little fuel then lite the cylinder, then replace plugs and try again. If it is coolant leak then you are just going to kick the hell out of it and get what you can out, but the water in the bottom of the case is going to pose an extreme problem. You may have to remove the motor or find a way to tip the bike over and drain the water out. Either way I don't envy you........... If it won't kick over easily then stop and try to drain cases. You can compress air, but you can't compress liquid, it acts as a solid and you are going to bend or break something. A large amount of liquid in your cylinders or case will cause major problems if not taken care of properly. Good luck man............ :shrug:
