It really does help to do your research and do it right the first time around. You are on the right track asking the questions, but you also need to stop and ask yourself what you are wanting to do with the bike when you get it pumped up more. That will ultimately determine what you should do with your cylender's......... :biggrin:

Ya, a lot of those aftermarket tanks are really ugly tanks, and they fade different colors the longer they are exposed to the sunlight too...........

As long as it is jetted right, then you shouldn't have any problems on trails especially if you keep the quad moving. I only overheated mine stock when I went to sand mountain and I had the RPM's hell-a high and I wasn't moving very fast to let air run through the radiator. Mainly I was just screwin' around and it got a little warm, but that was my riding at the time not the quad............

The shockwares don't seem to rub my paint off, but they are also made out of Nylon material like the outerwares, but not as fine a mesh as the outerwares for the breather's..............

I like the PWK's myself, and I'm currently runnin 52 pilot and a 168 main at 2000', but it's also on a cub motor..........

You can, but it will be choking a stroked motor just a tad, you should go to 33's or maybe even 35's with a that kind of increase in stroke especially if you have a good set of pipes..............

Ya, if you run a case saver, there is only so big you can go before it interfere's with something. If you don't run a case saver then you can go pretty high, but you need to have enough motor to push a sprocket that big. Most people adjust the rear size because its not as much stress on the motor...........

Just tryin' to see who all may be goin' to Reedsport this year. I've never been up there and really looking forward to it as long as everything works out for me this year..........

Yes, just go back to the previous link and take the pin out and that will take an extra link. You can go to just about any cycle shop and get a chain breaker, they are a pretty common item to have........

Agreed, you tell them what you need and they will set you up rather nicely...........

Yes so instead of grinding twice, just go up two links and grind once and use a punch to push out the pin............

I haven't been to Armagosa, but I have been to Dumont and it is worth the two hour drive. Nice place to ride..............
