  1. Someone out there must still have pics of the jig or something still! I want to do this mod though I'd like something to go off.
  2. Hi guys, I have been looking for the post on shortening the stock arm. There was a post that showed it all step by step, it was good so i saved it on my computer though it crashed! If anyone has that post or another like it can u let me know? The pics in the ones I have found dont work anymore! Cheers
  3. A guy of ebay, I wont get it over night out here in australia though i might go down to one of the carby shops down here to c if they have anything like it. Cheers for that.
  4. Hi guys, I just recieved a torrs kit and it only has 1 screw in it. I'm sure it is ment to have 2, is that right? Cheers
  5. hmmm, righto ill give it a go. cheers
  6. Hi guys, I realise that for testing the jetting is all about throttle position. For testing the main jets do you need to be WOT in 6th? There are not many places around here with enough room where I can just hold WOT in 6th! Is there another way? Cheers.
  7. Hmmm I like this idea, I have never seen them before? Has anyone got a price on them???
  8. Hey sorry for the chime in though whilst on the subject cutting? Do you get much coming up? I really only ride trail with a fair amount of mud and water. Though I love the look! Hope u dont mind me asking Jason.
  9. Dam that paint job on the plasitcs does make the black look good! I decided to do the frame gray again with a blue perl in it and a few of the other smaller things black (splindles, rear sprocket holder etc.). I'll see how it comes up and let you all know. Cheers
  10. A heat gun will help get the plastics back into shape once they are bent though it wont restore the blue in the stretch marks on the plastics. Well it didnt for me  . Maybe my heat gun wasnt hot enough. A nice elka covers it well! hehe OH welcome to BHQ, there are a lot of great guys on here that can answer anything Banshee so enjoy!!
  11. I had a look at dmcbanshee's yellow frame and I think it looks great though I think with out that alba kit it would not look the same. I have been toying with black for a while and the fact that we have a shit load at work makes it all that much better, we also have some blue hammer tone which might look good! I do think that the gray does look great with the blue though as rubberneck said its.....stock! And well I think my bike looks as stock as they come, so I need a change. I might try doing the swingarm first to see what grows on me. Cheers
  12. Hi guys, as asked in the title, What color frame looks best on blue plastics? I need your opinion, Pics or links to pics would be great. Cheers
  13. Thanx J Madd, I thought is was something like that, I got rid of the tors the other day, just waiting on the elimination kit to get here so I can clean up some room in there. Cheers
  14. Hi guys, Just a quick one for you. I just put a new clutch leaver on and I was wondering what actually is the electrical wire that is in the stock leaver? Can I just unplug it? I know this wire has given me the shits before so I want it gone. Cheers Bairdy
  15. I went for a ride yesterday, we did 190 kms through all types of bush and some very good hillclimbs and I used about 15 Ltrs. I'm suprised I got that far!! My bike was running very rich. God I'm feeling it today!
