i see small bores gottcha, Kai knows what he's talkin about. i know where you live between 11th and 10th right? that's pretty close to my old place i lived off of 10th on burl. i had a friend that lived about a block from that field. wont be doing much high speeds :yelrotflmao: duning and messing around :yelrotflmao:. thats what your other bike is for, or did the wife allready take it from you? once you start smokin people on the drag hill you'll be doin more high speeds then you originally intended, and the wife will be like "honey lets go for a ride, i am tried of sitting here watching you race"

do you hold in your clutch coming down hills? if so the ball can friction weld to the shaft. have you lubed your cable lately? do the arrow on the clutch arm and the engine case line up? could be a number of things.

thanks to every one so far. well she is back to being Lilly which is good, the bad part is we are still at the hospital waiting on more tests results. keeping a wild 14 month old sain in a hospital room, that she can't leave is deffinately taking a lot of patience. she pulled her iv out yesterday morning so they had to stick her again, and then that one got clogged with a blood clot so she had to be stuck again. while the nurse was unwraping the first redone iv she cut Lilly with the sissors and said " oh man this tape is sure making her skin raw". i was like wtf lady. now they are saying we wont be able to leave until next week some time. Kai , definatley not gonna be able to get that motor or bike from you now. i still haven't pulled the engine on mine apart yet so we'll just hope a good hone job and some new pistons and intakes will do the trick. for those of you who aren't religious thanks for the thoughts, i myself am not religious, but you find your self looking for every bit of help you can in these situations. it can't hurt anything right. thanks again everyone.

monday at 1am my daughter lilly (14 month) was fussing, my wife got up with her and changed her diaper. the next thing i hear is a blood curdeling scream of my name, i fly out of bed in to the living room and there is my baby in my wife's arms convulsing. i grab her up and she is limp, her eyes are open but she is not there, i tell my wife to call 911. by the time the ambulance comes she is back to normal but we go to the hospital any way. the doctor takes some blood and they do a ct scan, other than her blood sugar being a bit low every thing looks normal. the doctor says it was probably just a feberal seizure, and they are very common for kids her age and we are sent home. at around noon she was back to herself running around and playing. i was running her a bath and she was splashing in the water and all of a sudden she locks up and starts convulsing again. 911 is called again and we are off to the hospital. this time they do a spinal tap to rule out meningitis and when the culture came back it showed that that is what she has. she had six seizures total all on monday. she is doing better now they have her on antibiotics and she is seeming to be getting better every hour. we will probably be in the hospital until friday at the earliest. please direct you thoughts and prayers to my little girl. thanks guys.

i have the srp's. huge differance over stock, i love them. haven't ever used the vf3's so i can't compare, but the srp' s are excelent quality, can't beat them for the price.

with your mods i wouldn't go with any more than 8 paddles. as far as size it depends on what kind of riding you do. any thing bigger than 20 is gonna push, and with your mods i would stick with 20. skat trak will make you any size tire wheel combo you can dream of.

sometimes the dealer forgets to but them in. they left them out on my bike and it had no power at all. the black one with the yellow stripe worked best for my setup.
-
i would definatly be interested in that. pm me with how much we are talkin about perhaps a part trade and some cash. let me know. baddsheee, definatly chuck that piece of shit. it can happen to you i'm living prof!!!! i got my cylinders back for jim and had my bike running 1 year to the day before the boost bottle shit got me. oct 28,2005 to oct 28, 2006. i would like to meet the guy that invented the boost bottle and kick him in the nuts stupid fucker.
-
Kai, depending on what my cylinders look like i should only be like 405cc after the 7mil. we'll see how your 421 does. i don't think that you will have to do a 10 mil to beat me. your bike is fast a shit already. i will defenatly be talking to you through out the build. if i did a 10mil i would be 425cc wich i am considering. now how in the hell can i talk my wife in to letting me spend another $3800 on my bike. i am thinking of starting a hq sponsor a sailor fund, lol. any one willing to sponsor a needy sailor with a spendy hobby and a tight budget? you will recive updates and pictures of the progress of your sponsored child along with personaly hand writen letters thanking you for contributions. hell i might even try to recruit sally strothers and do a tellathon.

i would like to go billet but i think that i am gonna use that extra and put it towards my 7mil fund i am gonna sink lots of money in this time. the plan is 7mil stroker, 38mm carbs, shear in frames, duneable override tranny with lock up and nologly coil .

i know that a boost bottle does nothing for performance and has a tendency to crack intake boots but i run one any way because i stepped on the stock transfer tube and smashed it. my step dad had given me a box of banshee parts that he no longer had a use for and it had one in it. i always check my intake boots before i leave for and after i get home from a riding trip. so yesterday me and three friends finally drive to winnemuca nv. to check out the sand dunes there, which i must say is one of the funnest places that i have ever riden, maybe 15 other people and this place is huge. there isn't a drag hill or flat but there is more hill climbs than you can shake a stick at. when you leave the parking area and head up over the mountain there is a trail about 3/4 a mile of whoops and the it opens up to a giant area that you could spend days on and never ride the same spot twice. well to make a long story shorter. i looked at my intake boots when i unloaded my bike, not a sign of a crack any where they look basicly new. after about the fourth trip across the whoops i notice my bike is a little down on power but i dont think to check the intake boots at that time and just keep riding. we make it back to the trucks about and hour later, and my buddy says let me take your bike for a rip. ( he hasen't riden it since i had my port work done) i say ok. (we are about to load up and head home.) he hops on and makes two 300 foot passes right in front of the trucks and my bike locks up. we push it back to the trailer and load it up. i pull a plug and there is aluminumin it i look at my temp gauge and it says 170 i'm like wtf and i know my jetting is good maybe a hair rich . i look at the intake boost . right side 1 inch crack left side is ripped almost all the way round and you can see the bottom of the boost bottle tube. take it from me if your bike has a boost bottle on it is just a matter of time before this happens to you. do your self a favor and put your stock tube back on and through that piece of shit boost bottle away. sorry for such a long post :shoothead:

i have had it happen. the excentric screw broke. pull the clutch cover and look around see what you find.
