  1. if you temp gets any where close to 350 you got other problems. your EGT is around 1700' at the flanges, who ever told you that is full of shit and or has no clue what they are talking about.
  2. 5hp built to the hilt by briggs and straton. :shoothead:
  3. check the plug caps. the resistors in there that go bad.
  4. i put a subaru cab on my kx500, because i stole the cab from my 500 for my shee. i don't remember what type or year, sorry
  5. i know it sounds retarded but, unplug your lights from the harness and try it. when my cdi went out i could only kick start it if the lights were unplugged. i was trying any thing because i couldn't figure it out and that worked and i don't know why.
  6. i bought some stock intakes from you a couple weeks ago (mullynoglets) thanks man. they showed up fast.
  7. did you have you ports matched for the stroker? what size are your pilot jets? what slot is you needle clip on? how many turns out are your air screws? if you are ported i am sure that your mains are too lean. they will need to be around 320 to 340. you can runn stock carbs but you wont be at the max power out put. what pipes do you have? it wont really scream until it is ported and done to match the stroker crank.
  8. back when i was in high school a friend of mine worked at a retreading shop. one day he showed up to school with some tires on his truck that were the same color orange as his paint. we made so much fun of him that he left half way throught the day to put the black ones back on. i think that some pink tires would look good on a pink bike with rainbow graphics. doesn't get any gayer than that.
  9. the rev max box changes your timing to +4. if your timing is already advanced to +4 then you are at +8 and your bottom end is pretty much nonexistant. set your timing back to 0 and give it a shot. if you feel you need that cdi. bansh-eman is right, that thing isn't going to raise your rpms (pipes) and it will not give you hotter spark (coil). if it ran good before why mess with it? if you have an adjustable timing plate, play with the timing to get the performance you want. good luck.
  10. stop taking it in the pooper.
  11. i would love to see that. :yelrotflmao:
  12. cams are about $160 for those thing and head work is about $250ish and those together along with the exhaust will mak a rappy a handfull maybe even unbeatable to a mildly ported shee.
  13. i use swedish torques. goodantight.
  14. i actually have that issue in storage at my mom's house. if she hasn't thrown all my old dirt wheels out. i was 7 and had an ATC bubble tire 90 my mom had a 185 and my step dad had a 200x
  15. great pipes you wont be disapointed.
  16. bump, bump, diddy, bump
  17. the sand haulers my buddy just got some and they seem to be pretty good tires. they are a bit heavier than haulers but the hook just as good. they look like good quality to me. they have a warranty
  18. i don't have any up real close right now. but here you go. i'll take some close ups soon.
  19. did you replace the crank seals?
  20. dmc's picture of them in my signature
  21. pipes are in great shape. slight blueing on head pipes. might need repacked (loud, no spark arrester). selling because my bike needs more revs going to shearer inframe drags. excellent mid, top pipe. pm me for pics. first $375 takes them. paid $525 new
  22. get rid of that shit as soon as posible and go back to the stock cross over tube. it will rip your intake boots. it may not be to day, it may not be tommarrow, but it will get you sooner or later.
