  1. I needed to replace my motor mount bushings inside the top case and wasn't sure how to go about it. A few people told me what to do. So I took there advise and this is what I came up with. 1-piece threaded rod 3-nuts for rod 2-washer 1-socket matching mount sleeve 2-wrench 1-PB blaster 1- map torch Make sure the washers cover the entire side of the mount. You want to disperse the load evenly. Put 2 nuts on one end and back them into each other. This will keep the rod from spinning. Put a washer on and through the case. Then on the other end put your socket. Make sure to center the socket on the bushing so your not fighting against the case. Place a wrench on the outside nut of the double nut side and another on the socket side. Begin to tighten. Spray PB blaster on both ends to help. You can use heat if absolutely necessary. But be mindful, a little heat goes a long way. You don't want to warp anything or make the case brittle with to much heat. Mine pressed out fairly easily. A little pop and they walked out. Press all the way through till they fall into the center. This is the end result. I lightly cleaned the holes with steel wool and simple green. The process is exactly the same for front and rear. On the rear you must pull out the breather vent. As simple as the front. Once I get the new ones in I'll do an install. But I don't think it'll be much different then this. We will see.
  2. Okay good. I almost put this stuff in my ford ranger.
  3. Note pad and pen. Write shit down. What you need, broken stuff, ideas, anything that comes to mind in a split second. Nothing like getting it together and then being like "damn, I forgot to do that right after I said it." Get a metric tap/die set. I made it a habit on bikes I work on to go through all the holes/bolts. Make sure there good and clean. Especially after powder coat.
  4. Travis I may swing by and take it. I'll text ya in the morning.
  5. So I'm replacing these Do they come with a metal sleeve? Or does that come out as well? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. This. Also its more comfortable for taller guys. I'm 6'3". Have a +2+1 stem. And risers. Feels right.
  7. And that piece of shit is listed at 2k. I see these bike in out area at 35-4500 for stock bikes. Makes me wonder what I can list mine for. If I'm going by there mentality my bike must be in the 10k range.
  8. Woah. But yeah that thing is dumb. I just wanted to finally use that pic. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. They just rub potatoes on everything.
  10. Go to a bodyshop. Any half decent shop will have a good upholstery place in there contact list. We used a boat upholster. His quality was better then a few other shops.
  11. Beadlocks. Hiper or omf.
  12. Well I send them down when this gets done.
  13. This is true. If you blow the air shocks you loose everything. It'll slam down and be stiff. A coil type will just be bouncy and you can still ride bBut, I have never seen a fox or axis air shock blow. I see way more pros riding them and a lot of freestyle guys using them on sleds and quads. I'm sure if there not blowing them, then you won't either.
  14. Let me know. Justin has my number
  15. How about a set of high revs?
  16. No. Buy here. I've seen stock go for 50 with the tors deleted.
  17. Toe and go!! There's your 4 wheel alignment.
  18. Hmm. These may make good test and tune tires. Paddles aren't so good on the street. Banshee hub pattern?
  19. Da fuck? Of course just after I bought my straight cuts from deadline this package pops up
  20. Holy fuck?! Do you have Parkinson's or live in a constant earthquake? Every pic you post is blurry. If your hands shake that bad, you must jerk your self off every time you piss.
  21. I LOVE the mx motor in my girlfriends bike. A stock stroke, mx port, stock carbs, PT high, vf2, pro mod trans. Bike is fun as all hell to ride. Instant power. Wheelies like crazy with paddles. I had justin(surfrjag) on here do the porting. He did DDQ's damn near perfect curve, so I wanted that.
  22. Get in contact with sleeper06. But a arms are pretty straight forward. You can order your self a pizza and a case of beer and tackle the job on your own. If not call Carl (sleeper06)
  23. This. I actually have one size up from my carbs and the still clamp on really well. Do you have genuine K&N pods? They clamp better and aren't as prone to ripping.
  24. Cool pic bro
