i have to try that..being in san diego we have millions of illegals.the home depot parking lot is full of illegals looking for work..and the border patroll station il like 5 miles from there..i have to go there later today anyway to get some stuff to build shelves in the garage..im gettin a truck load of illegals too now to deliver to the border patroll..lmao that was some funny shit

i do the hare scrambles out in so.cali. they usualy consist of 2-4 laps on a 20-50 mile looping course with the first 1-2 laps being shorter than the last ones.they are all run through natural desert terrain with no man made sections..if you have never tryed it you need to its a blast..you can also do what is called sweeper for these races to see what you are getting into..the sweepers leave after the last group of riders..usualy 5-10 mins after..they ride the course looking for riders in need of help..broken down crashed what ever..and report to the check points where the distressed rider is in order to get help to that rider..the cool thing is that the sweepers are not racing against the other racers but can ride the course at race speeds and learn how it works..the cool thing is that you dont need to pay to sweep like you do to race but you get the experiance so if you do want to race you have a heads up on how it will be..most race clubs that put these races on are awlys looking for some one to sweep the races and some will give you a small prize for doing it..after all you are providing a needed service to the racers and the orginizers..if you goto the ama.com site it gives you all the info on the scrambles..check with the local shops in your area and find out what district you are in or close to and get ahold of some of the clubs in that district and get involved..the scrambles are another excuse to ride and will improve your riding skills 10 fold.

im going to upgrade to a 265 watt stator from white bros. but i need to know how much power the rest of the bike uses so i can figure out my lighting..how many watts do i need for the bike it self?? the tors is removed,,but i need to know if i can use all 265 wats worth of the stator or am i limited to less than that for just the lights..i have the trai tech lights (lazer star type light) and i want to run 2 50watt bulbs in one set and 2 75 watt in the other..

i have heard a few guys talking about same problem..new stator and now bike wont run right...i have heard ricky stator has a big problem with the stators working right? personaly im going with the white bros. 265 watt stator..its more light out put and its cheaper than a 200 from ricky stator

i have the same issue..i do hair scrables too and was having gas issues not enough..so i went to the ims 5.6 gallon tank and changed my gearing a bit..i can ride for hours on a full tank and i got low end and good top end

fresh water fish are cool but im into ocean fishing its just a benifet of living in san diego..tuna fishing is the best..we go out every summer after albacore and yellow fin tuna...if you have never tryed it you have to take a trip out here in mid to late summer and do it..the averige fish is 20 to 40 lbs and you will see them get as big as 500 but thats rare..although last year we hooked up to a school that averagged 175lbs that was fun as hell

the fun little home made stuff is the best. take a small piece of dry ice and a bit of water put them in a plastic 2 liter bottle and run like hell...its prety loud...my other favorite is home built napalm...put a whole bunch of styrofome in a coffee can of gas..(only about 3-4 cups of gas) and let it turn to a jelly..it takes alot of styrofome but its fun..put the jelly in a jar with a big hole in the lid for a rag to use as a fuse.wet the rag with the jelly (dont get any of the jelly on you) and throw os far as you can..it burns for a long time..then the best one of all is a spray piant mushroom ball...take 1 new can of spray paint puor a bit of gas on it make a small gas trail to light (5-7 feet long) light..when the can is in a ball of the fire pull out the closest gun you can find.(a 22 will do perfect) shoot the can of paint..your end result will be a 75-100 foot high fire ball..and as far as m-80's you can doo all kinds of fun stuff with those...get about a 3-4 inch steel pipe about 4 feet long and cap off 1 end grab a golf ball wrap it in electrical or duct tape untill it bearly fits into the pipe..it should be able to move through the pipe freely but needs to be semi snug in the pipe light the m80 drop into pipe then drop golf ball the golf ball will shoot about 500 yards...you can use gun powder and an electric bbq ignition too but thats a bit harder to make..i got more if ya want them...just ask

its a stock 1998 yzf 400..and the guy riding it has zero seat time on 2 wheels and he weighs like 160lbs..its way way way too much bike for this guy to start off with.but he is set on putting a thumb throttle on there..could he just get a moose throttle and carb cap or would he need to get a new carb???????

im not sure this is the right place to post this but i need some info...i got this friend who is scared to death of twist throttles and tells me im crazy for having one on my shee...he just bought his first 2 wheel bike and is trying to put a thumb throttle on it...can you even do that?????/

i saw a few illegals out there running through the ogalby area..and i have seen them in the cannal at night..those guys got big balls to float that cannal the way they do.some just have plastic bags full of their crap floating on coolers and tubes..heading straight to the power plant turbines or what ever the hell that is in the cannal

i used to run the kenda scorpion on my 250r and i never had one bad thing to say about them..i seem to get the best hook up on those..i was beating guys with paddles when i ran that tire

im down..i have been doing night trips to gordenswell 2 times a month sence the true season ended..i was out there last weekend and there was no one there dunes were all virgins but the wind and lack of people on them made them very soft and very pitchy..the bowls were sharper on top than i hace ever seen and the tops of the hills were falling down on themself, it looked like avalanches on all the hills..it was kick ass..the sand highway was smoothe and fast..we rode from gordens to glamis in 25 mins..6th gear pinned the whole way and it was a smoothe ride.

im a gordenswell fan there is usualy too many people at glamis..the best way to do glamis on a busy weekend iscamp at gordenswell and ride to glamis for the day on the sand highway..its a long ride..the kiddys and wife probibly wont be able to take it..but if you have a descent 4wd truck or suv thats not so bad of an idea for the kiddys and wifey.that way you have a way to get extra gas for the day too..plus from gordenswell you can ride to butter cup too..and that the wife and kids can handle.as far of time of year to go..the weather is perfect from late october to mid may..presedents day is awlys a good time to go for a week..you get the 3 day weekend with the good crowds but on tuesday you got the place prety much to your self..i truly recomend if you are taking that far of a drive do get out here to glamis than hit glamis gordens well and buttercup in the week you are there..make the trip an even 6 or 8 days and do a 50/50 split that way you get to see and ride the entire section of dunes in southern cali.

my fiancee rides mine but she can ride,so i dont mind..but anyone else hell no..me and my buddy bought our banshees at the same time so we got a smokin deal from the sales ass hole..mine is still sweet..way better than stock..his is a wadded up piece of trash.he let some friend of his brothers ride it the guy took out 2 trees and a few giant rocks..it would have cost more to fix the bike than he owed on it.the bike cost 6 grand brand new the bill to fix it was 5,500 so after it was fixed it is now a $12,000 banshee that is still stock and has a bent frame..un less you have the money to give me to have another bike that is exactly like mine and has the same mods then you dont even sit on it..you break it you give me the cash i have into it and then you go out and build another one exactly like it on top of that

well look at this fact...california has 2 reg. stickers for bikes now..one green sticker for older bikes.and a red sticker for newer bikes..here is where we get fucked.we pay the same amount no matter what sticker you get when you register the bike..the green sticker can ride any area open to off highway vehicles at any time through the year..the red sticker bikes are only allowed in some areas at a specified time of year for a specified amount of time..i got a 1986 honda 250r 3 wheeler with a green sticker ans a 2004 banshee with a red sticker..i can ride the 250r any time any place..i take the banshee to the same spot and get a ticket for riding it..one of my old local spots for a quick day ride i can ride the 250r 365 days a year..the banshee i can ride from december 1st to january 1st..so the government is fucking us slow and hard..first they take our spots away for 11 months a year because our bike doesnt meet epa standards..but our old run down smog maching can go any place any time???? next they close the land off to ohv's and build more mini malls to sell more junk no one wants..look at glamis for example..the beauro of land mgmt.. has closed down hundreds of thousands of acres of the dunes because some plant lives there and they think its going to die if we ride near it..the research turned in to prove this wasfound to be insufficiant and in conclusive..there was no proof to prove or dis proove this theory..no results ment the dunes were going to be re opened..right..no. no results turned into giant lawsuits...the commin citizen vs.the blm.these lawsuits have been wasting tax patyer dollars and blocking up the court systom for so long that now to pay for it we have to pay more fees to ride in public deserts..so now we pay $20 to register the bike with dmv. and $25 a weekend to go to the ride spots our registration was suposed to help pay for. so yes the government is trying to push all of off roaders out and make it harder and harder to enjoy our hobbie.. why not start charging these people who like to mall walk or mountain bike or what ever it is they do for fun? why should offroading be taking the brunt of the land closures and the criticism for the budget short falls and errors of our government....charge the little league and po-p warner teams for messing up the grass at the local park..charge the power walkers for clogging the side walks and the soccer moms with their 15 feet tall suburbans for the enviroment..not the guy who just spent $7,000 on a vehicle to go enjoy our countrys back woods and deserts....ok just had to get that off my chest sorry

the problem with the yfz or the trx 450 is comfort..these bikes are now all being designed as track bikes..but lets face it how many of us truly ride mx tracks..????..i like the idea of the bike being built a bit better so you dont have to do as muck to it.but the comfort just isnt there...i like to go on 5-6 hour rides and you just cant do that on the new 450's yamaha or honda..i think they need to make a 450 for the guy who just likes to ride..give it the banshee style seating and i would buy it..after all look at the over all picture the 1986-88 honda fourtrax 250, the honda 250r 3 wheeler and the banshee are the most comfy bikes on the market..and if you look at it the banshee is both of those honda bikes morphed into one bike...if it wasnt for the seating style of the 450's i would own one, but untill they get the seating and comfort of a banshee im not even going to think of buying one.

i was actualy thinking of going with some king shocks but after i got the price from king i decided to go with elka..the kings would be nice after all they are for a buggy or truck..

i have played for 20 years and i recomend going to a few local music shops and looking around..pick a few guitars up and play with them in the store.i can tell you to buy a guitar that i realy like but it all comes down to finding one that you like and feel good playing..some guys like a full size some like a mid size..your best bet is to go talk to the local store and tell them what it is you are looking for play a few and find the one that fits you..personaly my favorite guitar is my taylor but then again it cost an arm and a leg..pawn shops are a good start but i have noticed most used guitars in there are almost the same price as a new one from a store..also check the string set up..some people like steel string others like nylon.i personaly like both but i lean a bit more tward nylon for the fact that they dont rip your fingers apart like steel does.

yep 2006 is the final year of the banshee from what i was told by motoworld but look on the bright side..parts will be more expencive and the re sale value will sky rocket.and 2 stroke oil is going to cost an arm and a leg soon..see the hell these 4crokes are putting us through
