  1. Just run methanol. Problem solved. lol
  2. I pulled the pipes off the bike tonight and found a little hole where the pipe had been rubbing against the head. I welded it up and I'm going to drop the price to $200 SHIPPED! $200 SHIPPED!
  3. Float the ground on your stator, get a rectifier and the battery & wire it all up. There's a couple walk-through's here on HQ.
  4. Whoa.
  5. If you don't like the harsh-ness of the ether, try and put a little bit of gas in a spray bottle. Spray your filters a little bit with some gas, them hold your throttle wide open and kick it over. That's how I've always started my methanol bikes. When you hold it wide open it pulls the gas vapors in and pops over nice & easy. If you had purged it, it would fire right up.
  6. Cam, are you just doing the shift-star mod, shift shaft mod, shift pro roller bearing, side cutting the gears and putting the drum on bearings? I've been smoothing the curves on the drum where the forks progress to the next gear & I'm very happy with the results.
  7. FMF Gold Signature Series Pipes. There is a signature in the stamping under the FMF logo, but I can't read it through the chrome. Pipes are in good shape and hit good in the mid-range. They have the normal bluing down around the cylinders, other than that, they are in good shape. $265 shipped, or trade for a set of aftermarket A-Arms. Feel free to throw me some other offers if you have something else you'd like to trade.
  8. ENGINE SOLD!
  9. Thanks guys! I have a set of shearer pipes I might try on it this weekend...
  10. I have a set of red & black bill balance edition YFZ450 shocks I'll sell for $100 if someone buys this guy's stuff and needs the shocks.
  11. It moves your post to the top of the For Sale listings... TTT=To The Top, Bump, UP, all the same thing....
  12. PM returned... see if we can figure out logistics for the entire bike for ya...
  13. Man! if those fenders had the cuts on the front for the radiator I'd send you paypal right now...
  14. I would run methanol. People like the smell.

  19. If you've already been running it, send it off for a rebuild. If its a new crank send it back for a replacement.
  20. Give kevin at HJR a call. He has some good cranks as well. The life of your crank is directly related to the install, checkout, and maintenance of the crank. Check your crank with a dial gauge once you have it in your cases and have them torq'd up. Make sure the crank is still spinning true. That's a good start. - Jared
  21. 1. Money. 2. Money. 3. Money. 4. More Money.
  22. How about No.
  23. Split the case and do it correctly. If you paid your builder for all new seals I would contact them about at least getting a new seal kit from them. Don't try and smash a new seal into the cases with them together, you'll just end up with another leak down the road. Split them and do it right. - Jared
