Do a plug chop and buy all the jets in between the 310s you have and the 240s. Instead of just guessing, do it the right way and buy a box of plugs and some jets.

I like to put sand and glue in my transmission during assembly.

I'm looking for anyone to ride along with me / split fuel cost. I'll have a 24ft motorhome that can sleep 3 or 4 pretty comfortably, and will be towing a 20ft flatbed trailer with enough room for 2 (maybe 3) more quads. I will be passing through SLC and taking I-15 all the way down. So anyone along the way is welcome to join me if you can pitch in on fuel costs. Thanks - Jared

Well, here's a pic I made for comparison. KP compared to little sahara. KP is the 2nd largest ACTIVE sand dunes in north america. The dunes are constantly changing, and you usually ride fresh virgin sand each morning due to the winds at night. Both images are taken from the same elevation.

Its normal as long as its just a little bit. There are actually cushions between the basket and the gear that will absorb some of the impact when you load the clutch. As long as its not excessive its ok.
