Actually they are only 38. Says TM38 on the sides of them and they only measure 38mm. If cascade sold you 41's I'd go try and get some of your money back.

Sand getting in your rear sprocket, chain jumping teeth, or sprocket hub splines worn out. More than likely sand getting in your rear sprocket since it doesn't do it on the flats. Out bikes do the same thing when we shoot the hills at walden.
Between the two you listed I'd go with HJR. Give Brandon at Wildcard a call. He does great work and will take care of you for a good price. I call and bug him almost every week. lol

Cascadeinnovations.net also carries the nut and washer in their OEM banshee parts section. I usually use blue loctite on that nut, then torque it. I never re-use the lock-washer. Just replace it any time you remove that nut.

Good lookin arm! I'm curious how the arched ladder style will hold up to your jumps on the hillclimbs... Post pics and vids when you get it and start testing on it!

Cub cylinders use the same reeds and intakes as stock cylinders. These vforce reeds would not fit either one. They are much larger than stock reed setups.
Thanks

I should clarify that I was talking about parting out the engine. I plan on keeping the rolling chassis at this point in time. But if I do decide to part the chassis I'll let you know.
You got anything you'd be interesting in trading for this Twister engine kiel?
