  3. I look forward to seeing it! Having a baby in May, so the only addition to my bike this year will be a badly needed lockup. Used to work fine w/heavy springs till I got the override. Smoked two clutches last year. The second one I put in, first couple passes it would launch hard and carry the front wheels down the strip, then get milder and milder every run. After 10 passes on a new clutch, couldn't even tell you were grabbing gears.
  4. I vote orange JT.
  5. LOL. I guess you will never get to live that one down. I wasn't going to tell anyone. New frame huh? Suspended I assume? Ziggy, Tyson, Black Label????
  6. In sig. Whats happenin shane?
  7. Curious as to wether or not you have ridden a bike w/one?
  8. I have duned the shit out of mine and have not had problems. Have only run it one year though. It's a WCR.

Michigan. Are you wanting to look at them before you purchase? If shipping is an issue, is included in price.
  11. The bad thing is you can't really set up your jetting now for summer riding. You could get it going right and possibly going down 2 to 3 jet sizes for summer... Post a pic of your spark plugs.
  12. Chrome CPI inframes, sb, minor flaws, $400 shipped.

Have a set, small bore, chrome, minor flaws, still look great, $400 shipped.
  14. Stock jetting at your elevation should not be 250, I am not sure what book he is looking at. There is not a book that says if you have pods and are at 4??? whatever ft elevation then run 250's and it certainly does not say that in the maint. manual. You can get it running right w/pods and stock pipes, but isn't going to help performance much if any. You really need to do a plug chop. It is hard saying at your elevation, and current temp. what is going to be right for your setup. That being said, you will probably still be a little lean in the winter at that elevation w/t5's, pods, and 250's. That may work for you during the summer. Maybe someone like Jarrod will chime in who has experience at the elevation you are at, but plug chop is the way to get it right. Always start rich and go from there...300's maybe w/the new setup you are speaking of.
  15. 35 airstrykers in great condition w/pods, no outerwares, $300 shipped.
  16. How does it run down low? Is it hard starting? Does it want to rev high, or take a while to rev down after you let off the throttle? What do your spark plugs look like w/the 340's? I ran a 27.5 pilot, and lowered the clip one notch on the needle w/fattys and pods at basically sea level.
  17. I haven't lost to a Zilla in 300ft sand in years... I run a stock cylinder drag port. Even Dr Q. will admit you are hard pressed to get 90 horse out of a zilla. Why do you think you see 10 million banshees and 3 or 4 zillas(maybe) at a drag race?
  18. He stated it was a five gallon can of Pre-mix oil, not pre-mixed fuel. He is just talking about the oil. Run it.
  19. Definately sounds lean on the low end. When you cleaned the carbss, did you take the pilots out, blow some compressed air through them? If so, turn your airscrews in to 1/2 turn just to see if that solves your problem. If it does, I would go w/ the 27.5's and 1 to 2 turns out. You don't want to mess w/your idle adjustment until you get the pilot ckt straight. If none of this helps, better find out if you have an air leak as mentioned. The fact that it runs better w/the choke half out is a tell tale sign that it is lean.
  20. No, not bad at all. I really like this design anyway. Thanks again!
  21. Thanks for the info. One more question..PM it if you feel you need to....Price????
  22. So he actually has some stocked? I was thinking of contacting him to see if I could get one by April.
  23. The couple sets I have done weren't bad at all. Just take two of your head nuts and lightly tighten against each other then turn the bottom nut. Should break right loose.
  24. Hold the roller arm away from the shift star and turn the shift drum by hand, should roll right through the gears.
  25. A dune port will get you sixty horse....Hell, a good woods port would probably get you 60. Most people that have never ridden these things think a piped Banshee is about as fast as you need to go. People that I know that ride trail quads and such can't believe a Banshee can easily be made to whoop up on 450 and 500 dirt bikes...
