Yes, it will. The downsides far outweigh the differences though. The extra slack will cause the piston to slap around in the bore. This can ovalize your bores or cause the piston skirt to shatter. Thats what heppened to me, the skirt let go on the left side and with it went that cylinder and the head.

this is true. but the cavity in which the slide recesses is not open and free flowing. it should actually draw a slight vacuum when the slides close due to the top being sealed. so the vent holes are there to flow air atmoshphere.

mine leak like crazy. i just turn off the petcock and it stops it. i was going to put in new needle and seats but it was pretty pricey from what i remember so i just give the lever a quarter-turn and off i go.

measure them with some calipers. but i think chain sizing goes a lil like this. the "4"in 428 denotes the length between the links. i would assume measured from center to center of the rivet? the "28" is the width. if you'll lay a 520 and a 535 down youll notice that the 535 is wider. its accomodates a proportionally wider sprocket, mostly seen on sportbikes.

the cutaways face the airfilter. youre in backwards. the reason it didnt run well may have something to do with the fact that they are tuned to be run backwards. try putting them in forwards and re-adjusting your idle.

no turbo banshee is ugly. may not be as pretty as some others, but is NEVER to be considered ugly.
