Yes they are the same gas cap.

Check out chapparall motorsports.com. They have one made out of aluminum by UMI that will fit a K&N air filter for a shee. I think the price on the filter plate is close to 35-40 dollars. Hope this helps. Latter.

Klotz for sure. I run 32:1 mix in a little pj1 octane booster and see ya four strokes. Smells awesome. Just ask my buddy everytime i smoke him on his raptor.

I wondered the same thing when i put my case saver on and found that there is no hole in the case and no oil will not run out of it. Trust me i have had mine on for a year with no prob's. Hope this helps. Later and ride safe.

UPDATE: I figured it out. I tryed your guys suggestions and to no avail. I restarted it and could hear a hissing sound. Got to looking around and found the v-shaped boot that holds my boost bottle has a big split in it. Just need a pair of new v-shaped boots and i will be in business. Hope it fixes it. It kinda comes out of it when you rev it up but at idle the right side pipe will not even get warm. after letting it run for awhile it made a puff of exhaust out the right side followed buy a flame. but then it went right back to missing on the right side. I will try a spark tester and see if it is spark or fuel problem. Thanks again.

Thnaks for replying so fast. The parking brake assy has been removed already. How bad is it to remove the carb and tear it apart? I will try and see if the black box is already been unplugged yet. I guess i'll keep messing around with it. Hopefully i can figure it out so i can ride on moday on my day off. Thanks again.

Hey Guys, I need your help bad. I have a 1998 banshee and just the other day after i cleaned her up after a ride i went and installed billet pipe hangers. Went to start her up after putting left isde pipe back on and noticed that it was nice and warm and the right side pipe was cool. removed plugs and noticed them to be wet. So i fugured that i fouled the plugs trying to start it. Installed new plugs and still the same. left side pipe nice and warm and right side cool. Could this be the CDi or the Coil. All wiring looks ok. Still has the tors system hooked up. I wonder if when i washed it that something got too wet and shorted out the CDi or the Coil. Any help would be great.

Try some White diamonds polish. It is a little pricey but it is the best polish i have ever used.Just my 2cents worth.

Most definetly buy a 25 fin cooler. The more surface aera the better. I ran a 8 fin on my shee and did not notice much of a cooling diffrence. but it's your call just my opinon.

I haven't come up with a way to t it into the coolant hose yet. Would like to use aluminum fittings to save some weight plus would look a lot better than brass fittings. Brass is so heavy plus once you make up a "t" out of brass it is big and bulky. If anybody has any idea's let me know. Thanks.

Try This I bought a 1.5 in mech water temp gauge. I drilled a 1.5 in hole in the small flat spot between the fender and side panel. Just have to come up with a way to pipe it in. You can get a Auto meter 1.5 in gauge at NAPA. Price for the gauge was $30.00. I had to spcial order mine from NAPA. Also i sealed off the light with a rubber vaccum cap and some silicone. Don't have pics yet of install but will have soon. The only downfall of a Automotive style gauge is the probe for the gauge is like 6ft long. Hard to hide that much cable.

Are the parts sold yet? I would give 41.00 for them if outerwear is included for the air filter.

Hey, Bought a Auto-Meter 1.5 in mech gauge for 30 bucks. All i need now is a tee to tap it into the coolant hose and i will be in business. Let me know if you need a gauge and i can gety it for you. like i said it is a Auto-meter gauge that measures 1.5in. Has a black face and is backlit but i sealed it off with a vaccum cap and some silicone.

Wanting to know who makes the best water pump impeller or should i go with a stock one. I hear alot of pro's and con's about the aftermarket ones and the same with the oem ones. Any input would be great.

i run Klotz 32:1 here.

run your premix at 32:1. i usually mix mine in a 2gal can with the oil in it so that way when adding gas it will get mixed up good.
