Its amazing what he can do with the rear shock.

Never new that two are required. The one I got from noss machine could be turned up seven clicks and almost required two people to turn it.

Only tube I can find is for a 25 inch tire for a 9 inch rim. I tried using a hot patch but it peeled off. After it cooled. The big problem is the inside is like teflon. I used a wire wheel on my drill to scratch it up then cut out two squar pieces of rubber. The first one is only a half inch bigger than the cut. The second one is two inches bigger. I just used what ever I had laying around for glue I figure I needed something that would flex with the tire. I used permatex silicone gasket maker. Ended up using the whole tube on the two patches. I still would like to put a tube in it. It just sucks the HD holeshots arent cheap. The fronts have plugs in them now. I dont know about the hd's I never had a problem with my kenda claws. Must have put over ten harescrambles on them. 2nd race on the holeshots things are falling apart.

Whats the biggest sidewall cut anybody fix. I have one now on a holeshot about 3/4 inch. Thinking of patching it from the inside with a big piece of rubber. I tried using plugs but it took three. Didnt seem right. Didnt think it would last long either.

450 shocks are too long. My brother insisted on the 450 shocks on his shee and ripped out the lower ball joints. They are 300% better to someone that has never rode on anything else besides stock shocks. Axis would then be 900% better. You race mx call shane and have your rear rebuilt with a dual rate set up. Leager had a cr500 link swing arm. This used the cr500 shock. I think this could be only used on the laeger banshee frame. The shock is 18.5 inches long.

Forget the 450 shocks. Waste of time. Just buy some used works and send them with your rear shock to shane. Those 450 shocks are an upgrade to stock shocks I would say anything besides a tie rod in place of a stock shock would be a upgrade.

The yfz shock is going to ruin your ball joints. The shock is too long. Most people think the yfz shock is the best because they have never used any other shock. Funny how anybody with a 450 cant wait to ditch the stock shock. Look below for shane's # You wont have any problems with him.

Only Autozone I know of stocks this. You might be able to get it online. Or go to mobil 1 web site. Its not a thick concentrate like amsoil. On the back they recomend to follow manufacture rec. If it wasnt for the red dye they put in it consistency of water. I run at 32:1

Mobil 1 2T racing oil is great. I paid 6.99 at autozone for a quart. Great stuff. Just a tad cheaper than amsoil and it seems to run better. I notice a little better throttle response. Smells nice too. Kinda like someone is burning beans and wallnut shells. No smoke at all. Any way good stuff and cheap for synthetic oil.
