The banshee is forward weight biased. To move the center of gravity back you can get a -1 swing arm and +1 forward arm. Wheels get moved forward an inch.

Back in the day I flipped the front wheels. It does ride a bit harsh with the extra leverage on the shocks. Wheel spacers add weight. If it is a money issue flip the rims. Drill a hole on the other side and pull a new valve stem through. You can plug the old hole by reversing the valve stem where it is facing inside.

you dont need them. It helps for mx and hairscrambles. I think that +1 arms go good with a -1 swing arm.
