Anybody know where I can get the bushing on pin that runs through the heim join. My two have collapsed.

I went from 280 to 320 jets. I really opened up the exaust though. After I opened it up. I spent most time on the exaust itself. Hand sanding with siiconcarbide paper (wet sanding) up to 280. Then I used black scotchbrite on a dremmel cut off wheel. Went through about 2-3 felt wheels with green rouge came out with a mirror polish. Any time I take the exaust off I look in port and its clean and smooth. No build up. Seems like when there is imperfections build up occurs

I dont know about that. That looks like the arm is at an angle to the pivot tube. Looks like to make it straight you would have to thread the top one in and take a shit load out the other one. Mine arent like that.

250 is a good deal. I used to charge $200 back in the day. Porting two jugs is not easy. You got to make molds to make sure they match. I had a flow bench to measure vacuum through the cylinders. whats funny is stock cylinders always showed a difference through the transfers.

I had the gpr for about an hour and couldnt believed I spent that much money on a poor design. The stabilizer it self was excellent. It was the way it hooked up to the shaft they manufactured that bolted to the top stem mount. There was too much slack. Im glad I bought it from rockymountain they let me return it. Man was I pissed off at that after all that work. I bought the P.E.P and it works fine for hair scrambles. They advertised it was adjustable but if you change the mounting hole closer to pivot point it hits the outer part of the mount. Think Im going to grind the outer part off and mount it closer to the inside. Seems a little stiff for me. Or wider bars would be the ticket.

I had them. They are only good for your back yard. Just buy the right shock.

I have the pro series that looks exactly like those. I couldnt imagine having a better shock.

To get the ride height the shocks are too soft. They are great at first but you over work the shock and it heats up fast and it fades. I dont recomend them for anything else then simple trail riding. The shock mount needs to be placed out further toward the wheel like the yfz. You get alot more travel with the 450 shock because it is longer but in that position a longer shock is overworked and needs heaver springs.

I have had my sidewinder set up for three years now. The hairscrambles I ride in put them through hell. No signs of wear. I say take a chance with crap and break down then thats for you

wd-40 is only good for squeeky doors. Use pb blaster. Aply it about every hour all day then try it.

I keep mine in an outside storage building and they tried to get it 4 different times. For some reason they couldnt cut the 1/2 inch chain that tethered it to the ground around an inch thick tie down that was 6 feet in the ground with concrete.

I did the same thing and forgot to take the head gasket off. Made a big difference when I took it off. Pet. jelly works good to hold the o rings.
