    you can rebuild the banshee and add some other mods to make it a lot better for under a grand. Also if you want to go further add a bigger gas tank. All of the new 4strokes are nice, id recommend riding them for awhile before you bought one. And the new yfz450r sits wider than your banshee, so you might take that in consideration if you ride tight trails.

    I think we are going the 18th (Wednesday) and coming home the 21st (Saturday). Our spring break is the 14th-22nd.

    IMO- try to find a used one that is in good condition and it should last you for a 1year and a half Note: I bought my banshee new in December 2003 and the only repair i've had to make was changing out the clutch fibers and plates (around $80). This was caused by adding parts that increased the power and a lot of use.

    yea it was freakin 70 a couple days ago lol... me and some buddies will be up there march 18-21. Ill probably have my yfz450 down there, it has a candy blue frame and white laker plastics, my brother will have a black 450r, and one of my buddies will have a purple and yellow shee.

    yea talk to jeff and tell ask him what size domes with your +4 timing and port job would be safe to run at your elevation

    You probably will need to run 21cc domes if you are going to use 91 octane pump gas (id talk to whoever does your port job). I would put a 14 tooth front sprocket on there at least (I run a 15 with a less hp setup). Also, you might think about upgrading the carbs to take full advantage of the dune port.

    This thing has has a case on it since day one and even the protective clear laminate things that stick all around it so the sides dont even scratch. its a 30 GB ipod video white, everything works. The ipod comes with the case only for $100 shipped

    I have sst pipes, no airbox with k&n clamp on filters, vforce reeds, and a 15 tooth front sprocket and i barley beat a bone stock raptor 700

    which rims will fit which bikes? i know the banshee's hubs were differenet in 89-91 but wat else is different? im selling some wheels on ebay and need to know.

    yea, if you dont have a hand held propane torch use a hair dryer or heat gun.
