  1. ^^^^^^^ What he said.
  2. Not so sure about a team, But i think that Decals and/or Jerzeys would be flippin awesome!
  3. Thats what i did
  4. thanks
  5. You can usually get a good deal on a "late" model that a dealer still has, thats how i got mine. But u could get an even better deal from a private seller, only thing is that you must take the risk of buying something that someone may have beaten the sh** out of. Cant tell you what is right or wrong, just wait for a good deal and snag it up. good luck!
  6. Are there any Modquad reqpresentatives/employees/etc. that are members on here? Just wondering. I have a question about a product and was wondering who to talk to, or if i have to use their website. thanks.
  7. cool let me know.
  8. That one doesnt look too bad. Original owner is a plus. Dont rush, you will find a good deal. Better to wait for a good buy than to buy something that you will have to fix. Spending $$$ to fix problems is not as fun as spending $$$ on mods.
  9. stu, yeah i saw the stickers that are in there but was looking specifically for the ones like Wallrat has with just the lettering. Guess will just wait to see if a "new" style comes out or if Lee puts some of the "old" style up for sale. Either way I just figured that I would note that i was looking to buy some decals.
  10. Check out that pic. I highly doubt that it was only ridden one day. Unless.... 1. They spent an entire day riding around on rough pavement, doing burnouts. or 2. They bought the bike new and then bought some old tires and put them on. To me it looks like the tires are extremely worn, showing much more than 1 day of use.
  11. Have any left WITH tubes? Both finishes still available? Shipping cost included?
  12. Interested in stock? I have the stock rims and tires from my '03. like new.
  13. I have seen in pics that some people have "BansheeHQ" decals on their shees. They appear to be white vinyl decals like the kind you could put on windows. Anyway, I looked in the HQ Store and didnt see them. Anyone else interested in these decals? Are they still available? If they arent, do you plan to bring them back ever? Just wondering.
  14. Just changed mine too, that sounds about right.

    Silver Lake

Usually play it by the weather. I try to avoid the rain and cold, and end up going mid to late april. We have to be sure to plan a couple HQ trips
  16. I rock them too. Like loco said.... they were a lil bit of a pain to get on. Other than that, no complaints. I paid around $200 for mine too.
  17. In my experiences, dealers do not hesitate to give you a wrong answer. They will give you a wrong answer rather than admiting that they do not know. that bs pisses me off.
  18. Kept the same mixture that i always ran. Just kept it around half throttle for about a tank. After the first tank used more throttle, just blipped it though, dont hold it. Give it plenty of time to warm up and cool down. I was told that 1.5 to 2 tanks of riding is sufficient for break in. And those tanks will be the longest tanks ever, all you want to do is get on the throttle. Resist the urge!!! at least for a little while.
  19. don't think there is any difference. this Q came up after i put mine in, and if i remember correctly, the response was that the rings are the same. I have had no problems with mine.
  20. maybe in a few weeks, last time i was there i was involved in a little smash up. Before i go back i need a new bumper and to fix my rear brakes. I was the middle of a yfz450, banshee, and 450r sandwich.
  21. Is it a white piece? If it is what I am thinking of, I believe it is just a splash guard.
  22. Yeah, what he said. You can get an adjustable plate for your timing, or buy a 4 degree advancement key. Some people say that the keys will break. I rode a complete season so far with mine and no problems yet. Noss head w/ smaller domes (20 or 21cc) will give you some more low end and help keep temperatures down as well.
  23. Not sure about the Haulers, but i belive that the Extremes have kevlar reinforced paddles. Someone correct me if i am wrong. As i said, i use them and have no complaints. They were a lil more costly than other paddles but work great and should last a long while.
  24. Do not have to weld your crank now, not until more major engine modification. There is plenty of modifications that can be done. All depends on what you are wanting performance wise, and of course the almighty $$$$ Upgrading the stock reeds would definately give you imporvement over stock. Assuming that you are looking at performance mods....you could Advance timing, Change gearing, Lighten Flywheel, Aftermarket head (or mod the stock one)
  25. That or some dumbass sat on the fender
