hey guys, how much do you think i could get for my shee? i know this sounds like a newbie post, but i want other peoples opinion on it. as you may know, i recently bought a kx 65 to mess around on. since i really never rode dirtbikes, this is really going to be an experiment for me. if i really like bikes, and am pretty good, i may sell the banshee to get a yz 250. the mods are in my signature, its an 03 bought new in July. selling the shee would really be a last resort thing since i dont want a beat up bike. when i think about it, im not a real mud guy, i like going fast, jumping, and having fun. dont get me wrong, i LOVE my banshee, its fast as hell and very fun, but bikes are so quick, light, and agile. here are some pictures. i know i can get a sweet yz 250 for like 3000 on ebay or even around here in the want ads, so if i sell the shee and the kx 65, i may still have enough money left for a nice banshee. i wouldnt mod it beyond pipes and graphics again, very expensive im not making a decision untill the summer so its not like im making any rushed decisions, i still gotta get better on the bikes first i really dont know what it would be worth, if you asked me, it would probally be way to high. i need your opinions! thanks alot!!

they sound pretty damn good!! to me they sound a little deeper when you rev them and a little pingier(if thats even a word) at idle compared to my T5's. alot people are not going to be able to download that clip though, most people dont have a bittorrent client on their computer. i download lots of games and movies with it, works great!!

i dont know man, thats a hard one. i was thinking about doing the same thing, selling the shee to get a YZ 250. after alot of thouhgt, i decided not to. besides the money i would be losing, i cant take the 250 everywhere like i can on the shee. some of the rivers i cross would be very hard on the bike, and forget about riding in deep snow, well, i would probally try it for fun i am gonna get real good on this little 65 i got, by that time i will probally have the cash for a YZ. i wouldnt really want to buy an older banshee unless i wanted to dump cash into it becasue of all the shit heads that dont take care of thier bikes. its up to you, just dont come crying to us when you get roosted. J/K

why the hell would he be crying, you can only ride one quad at a time, and why the hell would he want to be on anything besides a shee?! for me its not only that you dont have them, but why the hell would you want so many? i could see having a trail quad, a dirtbike, and a race quad, but after that, its a waiste.and there is no possible way an 18 year old could buy all that wihtout selling drugs or having loaded parents, unless your a chick, i bet you can make some big money as a hooker. does it really take 10 pages to tell someone that a yfz is faster than a 450r

if we ever go riding before you tear it down you can ride my bike with a passion port job and see how you like it. let me tell you, the trails at jersey city are alot easier with the port job, mines a bottom end dune port since i ride alot of sandpits in south jersey and do trails. its also alot faster on top!

i got a nice kx 65 for you to learn on actually, i think i better get it all down before i get on a 250. but if i had a 250 i would dump alot of money into it. the kx 65 i got wont last me very long if i rode mainly bikes, so its pointless to make a 65cc bike nice. if you dont feel comfortable on bikes you wont have fun on them. i mean, you will get used to it eventualy, but if you like quads better, build up the shee.

those must be the worst plans ever. at least make some straight curves! that looks exactly like the DG bumper if a number plate was screwed into the middle. just buy one and paint it or polish it. you can make a number plate screw onto anything. with your skills, i think you would be better off making a necklace to hang it from.

everything is easy with the right tools. im sure it wont be very good looking unless you really take time to make it perfectly symetrical. i like the style of the AC bumper and i know it would be hard as hell for me to make one, you need a pipe bender or if you have a homemade method, whatever, and a good welder to make welds that are not hideous. im not good enough at either of these to make one that i would actually put on my bike, maybe for practice i owuld make one. whatever floats your boat

the H1R doesnt turn the gas red. it looks more golden than straight gas, so a normal person should be able to tell the diffrence. i use H1R, when i took my cylinders off, the pistons were perfect so i say it works real good. im gonna switch to castor 927 in the summer when i run out the H1R, it gets pretty cold here and i heard 927 has a problem with seperating when its cold. plus passion suggested it at 40:1 so i might as well try it. maybe it will smoke less? but ive been wondering about klotz, i got some R50(i think thats the name) but i have yet to try it. it smells like bubblegum anyone run it?

i know someone makes a 350 kit for the lt250, just cant remember who. i know that motherfucker must be fast. but anyway, i would jump all over that deal, but i would probally keep the running lt250 and part everything else out and have a free quad.

mine fits in there perfect, but mines all stock as far as width and length go. ahh, those damn wheel wells, its a big pain to get it over them without someone helping you.
