  1. How many that have posted in this thread have raced at a Pro Sand or Planet Sand event?
  2. Rod length won't have anything to do with domes unless you run the wrong pistons. Usually that last number is the step on the dome.
  3. 99.9% don't do 100 mph in 300ft. At most races most never hit 90 mph.
  4. If you have to run the air screw all the way closed, the pilots are too small.
  5. I'll sell you a 24 Mil Sniper motor for $7000. It's around 860 cc. 10/12 plate Matoon clutch setup, billet tranny.
  6. You ruined it with 4 strokes rule!! I mean yours and a couple others are fast but as for the rest.........I think I'm gonna have a Blaster that will be a single cylinder competitor. We'll see.
  7. There's a huge difference in cutting rotating weight vs static weight.
  8. That's a good tire for a majority of drag bikes. Could be made to work from 400cc - 600+ cc motors.

    Cub cylinder

    I'll sell a 421 motor for $2000.
  10. Surely you can safely add 25 hp of NO2 to a 421, which would then give it more hp than your Cheetah? I'm not questioning that your motor runs great or that you beat the 421 on the spray. I think the reason a lot if us pick the Cub over a Cheetah is most of us have never seen a real good running Cheetah. I used to have what I thought was a good running 14 Mil Cheetah that was #1 qualifier in the 0-650 class at Gilbert 2 or 3 years in a row, several years ago. My 10 mil Cub has run those same times, albeit in a better chassis.
  11. I wish it all the best. The biggest downfall I see is that folks can't afford to build competitive bikes and afford travel/lodging for races.
  12. I've only seen the Matoon 10/12 plates do that. You can see where it rubs the billet case. May cause issues with stock cases if it rubs.
  13. Snhomos are gay.
  14. Why discard the old jets?
  15. Yes. Very hard to get a stock chassis in the 3.s with that rider weight. Best I could ever get was 4.0s with a 421 cc.
  16. Fack. Tax season ain't good for me.
  17. Hell yeah those are badass. I didn't know those were for sale.
  18. All cheetahs don't have PVs.
  19. He's tried as much as 18 Rippers on tracks that don't hook, which is why maybe rj needs more tire than what I'm used to seeing. And maybe OPs track too, who knows.
  20. I've got some Fast Fibers stuff cheap. Lemme know.
  21. Isn't a 72 mm DM just a Cheetah? Possibly more transfer area, but that could be done on the Cheetah with porting.
  22. If you look at half the tire you get 8 paddles, but that only leaves room for 6 more.
  23. I agree. I went looking for pics myself, but can't find any that clearly show 14 pdl. There is a pic on PS that can make you think it's 16, but they are not.
  24. Menz runs 14 Stg. He's a personal racing friend of mine. I've been to his shop many times. Not sure where you got the mis information. He only owns one set if tires that I've seen. And what fast kid says is true, but now it's a 421 cc. It was 397 cc before. That being said, he could run a 12 paddle or 20 paddle and find a way to make it work.
