Degree the exhaust port and report back. Or try them all as mentioned.
  2. I have one of these. Ran it for the first time this week. Wouldn't hesitate to buy this one if I didn't already have one.
  3. You don't have to make a million for taxes to take 500k if you own a business.
  4. I've ran 220 psi on a 10 mil Cub that laid down some decent numbers at the track. It ran hot as hell. I won't say it was the optimum set up, though.
  5. Of course PSI doesn't always correlate to compression ratio, but I would think the PSI is what the piston has to push against each stroke. That in itself would limit max rpm regardless of ratio. JMO.
  6. Man I put that in backwards forever. It'll be fine. As always, do a leak down test though.
  7. I don't know. I haven't gotten the bill yet.
  8. FYI Precision Powersports will put windows in stock cases so that you can change the shift forks on the rear transmission shaft. They also added another small modification to the shift fork shaft that makes it much easier. The mod would be useful on the billet cases as well, which is how I got the idea for the modded shaft.
  9. Around 6k I think. I bought one new and put a Cub on it the next week. Now it's a cut up frame taking up space in my shop and I sold the plastic.
  10. The reeds hit the intake bridge on mine if you put them directly into the intake without the adaptor/spacer.
  11. CR125 it is then. I was sure it was KX, but I guess not. I'm wondering now if I should get the bigger intake adaptor and run the bigger reeds. I'm not sure about running bigger exhaust flanges on that small of a motor.
  12. Measure the bolt hole distance and I can measure my other twister and see if they are the same. I wanna say they are kx250, or kx125. I got my intakes from PPS. If they are the same I will find out what the actual OEM application is.
  13. The Vito's I have ran are coated. And appear high quality. They used to have problems with piston skirts, but they make them thicker now.
  14. I think it will be ok. And they don't have reed stoppers I don't think. They have that extra piece that bolts on the end of the reed. Of course I'd try to get matching reeds in the near future.
  15. What pipes? Why did you go bigger on any of the jets? Was it running ok before?
  16. Add A milled head and timing plate and you smoke him. I've never been beat by a bolt on modded 4-poke on my stock bolt on Banshee. That was on dirt as close or far as they wanted to race. They were never in front I have a 15t front. Not sure if that matters. I really think it would be better with 14t though.
  17. Damn. Billet cases? What size motor? I just had PPS build a 514 cc mini (in the pic). We are going after the 0-525 record for Pro Sand. I think we have a decent chance.
  18. Old school 16 mil twister 10 mil twister. There is an adaptor of sorts on it.
  19. Find out what you need and call chariot or precision Powersports. I wouldn't call Louie.
  20. Isn't the mini just the banshee bolt pattern?
  21. There is not a lot of difference in pods vs K&N w/out lid. If it ran fine with pods, I wouldn't change a thing without riding it first. That being said, your current jetting is odd.
  22. Crank bearings.
