  5. you can have your spring fixed... half the cost of new ones.. call a semi place that deals with em and they can point you inthe right direction... we build lift kits and custom shiat from 2" to 30" and we sometimes get leafs that are damaged from customers, we send em out and get them fixed.

  9. there are gaskets that go around the cylinders then the ones that go around the perimiter of the head.. mine had the problem around the perimeter had no coolant in the cylinders but i re-installed it anyways and it has good comp now.. doesnt hurt to try.. since it was fine before you put the head on and now this..

  11. this is possible.. run a search and it will pop up... as for the 120psi... eeeeek still low im not sure on a pro design head.. how are the gasket seals on those.. are they just gaskets or do they run rubber o-ring seals? i have anoss head and my rubber seal wasnt seated right and i had low comp.. did it lack power or does it feel like it lacks power?

  17. 320 and work your way down... it will be puzzling if you need a jet that big at 1200ft sea level.. report back .. . . keep the pilot stock for now.. you can adjust that by your air screw
  18. if they are stock carbs start at 300 and work your way down.. im guessing you'll need a 260 or a 280.. i ran a kn .. pc pipes.. and jetted at 260 mains at 600 above sea level on stock carbs the boost bottle doesnt do anything for jetting.

  21. . . . octane boost.. .. is this cuz your just trying to save money. and all octane boost gets you over 100... DONT RUN OCTANE BOOST IN A BANSHEEE!!! PERIOD. if it were that easy you wouldnt see drag shees running 115 and 120 octane .. instead they would run octane boost..
