well i know that the flexible bumpers on cars can get patched up with a special 2 part epoxy that same stuff might work wish i had a plastic welder its like a combination of a soldering iron and hair dryer is the only way i know to explain it

well we need to know what year so we can know what shape the plugs are on the wiring harnesses

a cut off wheel might be a good option as well cut the nut almsot through in 2 places then take it off

after i thought about it for a few if you decided to add weight to the front bumper why nto cut a length of copper tube that fits inside the front bumper themn pour melted lead wheel weights into the copper tube so that you can slip it in and out of the front bumper most tires shops keep a 5 gal bucket laying around for the weights and give them to whoever wants them we melt the lead in an old sausepan on the coleman stove works great

how bout adding lead shot to the front bumper you can pour it all out when you dont want it there just make a removeable cap of somekind for the front bumper i know that we have a jbig bucket full of lead like that we got it from a shooting range when they had the trap range scraped

wellif the chain runs out the right side any chance its a KTM motor they were alwasy bass ackwards witht eh kickstarter and chain being on opposite sides as normal

well in most states a local police officer will run that for you say you got it at a rummage sale or some good excuse like that i think here in il its 65 bucks for a lost title not for sure if you have to get the last registered owner to sign any paperwork or not in some states a bill of sale works for it and you can get a fresh title but those states are few and far between if any evan still do it that way
