depending ont he size shape and location of the hole i would drill it out to a clean round hole and tap it put a socket cap set screw in it with soem loctite to seal it up with if you use an old half worn out tap it will be a night tight fit between the threads or use a pipe tap and tap it for say a 1/8 inch pipe plug i dont see why this wouldnt work just fine depending ont he location of the hole

there is a special 2 part epoxy jsut for aluminum i used it when i popped hole int eh case of my 3 wheeler i had the stuff works pretty well actually

well a friend of mine went to the dealership to look at a new predator and compare it to a Y 450 that steering setup on the pred is pretty slick the way it almost eliminates bumpsteer so can a setup similar to that be put on a shee i guess you coudl make a plate steel box to mount the idler arms inside of and modify an old bent steering shaft and then shorten your tie rods if u havent seen how the polaris is setup then this will all sound greek to you but if u have seen one then u will know what i mean

well if its a PWK model its the blach headed screw that comes up ftom a downward angle if its PJ model then it adjust with the choke i would peek on kiehin's website to see wich u have it is stamped on the carb body as well the model number or serial numbe or whatever all that is thats stamped on teh side starts with PJ or PWK

i noticed that packard racing they sell a special machined thrust bearing that i beielve takes the place of the ball its like 40 or 50 bucks but it looked like a good setup pretty sure it was packard enterprices the company that does alky drag banshees mostly

if you have a race go kart shop close to you check out what they can get you for brakes you will be suprised to see hwo all the stuff in that kit is off the shlf at many good go kart race shops its a common hydraulics setup for shifter karts
