i got a used 6 pack rack taht had an AL plate welded on it in place of that dropped portion i am assuming for that exact reason

yeah the pro design head is taller thana stock one and uses longer studs i dunno for sure what length they are 36 bucks for a set of 10 from prodesign i do believe 20 for a set of the o rings -
i had been very tempted to tap the stock water pump cover for a 10-32 machine screw a brass one and just use a little rubber washer i will let everyone know how it turns out once i do it

i can only remember one compaint of a noss head that was leaking it was justintoxicated i think but it was just a part that has been machine off a little bit that was making things act up dave replaced it for him and made it all good he evan gave him a few free goodies for the trouble overall it seams like dave runs a damn good company and stands behind his stuff

i would def like to buy just the second set fo studs its 9 studs that you have ??? get ahold of me if you would like to sell them seperate send me a PM if you could thank you -
top case or bottom ?? it will invlove disassembly most of the motor to do it just make sure that the mating surfaces of the cases are clean then put on some case bonding stuff make sure that u torque all the case studs and bolts in the right order its really not to bad of a job the stuf you can get at honda or kaw or yamaha is all the same or threebond wich is the company that makes it for them whatever is easiest for you to go get

i have a pickup by itself it will just be a pickup with 2 long wirs coming off of it give me 5 bucks and i will ship it on sat if you get me yoru addy in time or if you needed i have a full stator assembly ......but i originally planned to keep it for a spare -
yeah i had seen those in an automotive catalog summit jegs soemthign liek that its a threaded o ring sealed plug that sits fluch with the rim and you screw in an adapter when u wanna add air

i have 2 of em i will double check there condition and make sure they arent beat on at all and take a few pics while i am at it

the domes are cast into the stock head and not replaceable u do waht to at least clean that up befor eyou put it all back together i used a small hone on a die grinder and just worked it realy slow be careful not to nick the outer ring of the dome where it makes that step up u might have to take some emery paper and polish it up smooth just do not leave it the way it is if you need a stock head with out any dings marks or damage jsut give me a shoot in about a week............i am takin a vacation starting in a few hours

yep they add a silicon abrasive to the sand and shoot it througha nozzle at i belive its close to 5K psi??? the machine can be a high maintenance pain in the ass tho compared to a laser cutter or plasma

i got myself a used head from NYUK and it came with 22 and 18 cc domes so i need to know a little bit about octane requirements so my shee has a modded timing plate, lightened flywheel, V force reeds trinity 2 into 1 intake right now i run a 34 mm PJ carb but plan to swap to a 38PWK later on i have been running 111 octane gas with no probs so i plan to stay in the 110 to 112 octane range if i can will i be able to keep that same fuel with the 18 cc domes? my elevation is about 700 ft i think central il 61523 if anybody knows of an easy way to find exact elevation

thsoe crazy boys at callears will do almsot anything imaginable I am guessing that only they would put together such a creation but have you ever seen all the REALLY nice honda 350 R and similar trikes that they have there ............they keep em in the basement i dunno if its an employee that put those together or what but they were damn fine lookin

on mine i peeleed off the electric tape on teh harness and snipped anythign that was hooked up to he tors bow and tors control of the carbs then i rewrapped it was maybe a 15 or 20 min job at the most

too bad you dont know an electronics wiz........... i think that all the light beam stuff is avaible through an electronis wholesaler i bet one could be set up using the lights from the garage door opener safety feature thingy

if i junk the frame of the parts banshee i jsut got i will cut em off of it for ya i dunno what the fate of this frame is yet

hwo bout a weld on the top a arm right where the ball joint mounting plate is there must have been a crack so they put a pair of 1/4 or 5/16 bolts on there and then welded them into place to reinforce it all

well i got myself a parts banshee last week it wasa good buy i guess as i didnt pay spit for it but i cant believe how patched together soem stuff on it is who has seen a "custom" shifter before by custom i do mean there is an 11/16 craftsman in plac3e of the actual shifter it was bent to an L and welded to what was left of the original so i was just curious what other sorts of crazy hillbuilly fixes you guys had seen before
