  1. I would say mikuni TM's. If you want to know what size they are, you can measure the inside diameter of the carb on the outlet side ( or the side that you put into the intake boot)
  2. It flows through the center crank bearings. They are not sealed.
  3. I also leave my tailgate down and just use ratchet straps to hold the bike in. The guys you see with there tailgates half way closed. They usually just run the straps that hold the tailgate (when its down) over the latches that stick out the side of the bed. At least for chevy's that's how they do it.
  4. That seal can be replaced without splitting the cases. Pull your front sprocket off. There is a metal collar behind it that can slide off. Its what the seal is around. Pull that out and use a pick to pull the old seal out. The factory part number is 93102-35369-00. Put some sealer one the outside of the new seal and slide it in there.
  5. That is some bullshit right there. Hope someone in the area will knock on his door for you! Here's the myspace account that comes up with the email addy he uses for paypal. www.myspace.com/brandonleeorr
  6. I take my bike out there in the back of my truck. Trust me, sitting or not they get on there high horse and issue tickets. Just a word of advice. If you take it cool. If not, so be it.
  7. Haven't even touched on exhaust yet, but if your going to ride Pismo most of the time make sure you buy exhaust that has silencers. Will keep the rangers off your ass!
  8. Here is a pic of the pressure gauge i used.
  9. According to switchboard.com his phone number is (812) 268-4585 Matches name and address. Good luck JB
  10. Your welcome for the picture moneybags. LOL. It's not the first time I've seen posted pics jacked from my photobucket. haha. Glad it helped out. Thats what they are there for!
  11. Have you done a leakdown test on it?
  12. Also another note. If you are leakdown testing a motor that has been run and has oil in the exhaust port, it would be in your best interest to take a rag with some alcohol or carb cleaner on the end and wipe out the exhaust port. If you don't the plugs will tend to want to slip out under pressure.
  13. Great write up Doc. The only thing different on my gauge is that the pressure starts reading at zero. If someone is going to make one it would be in your best interest to get a gauge that starts at zero, and shows iincriments of one. That way if it leaks 2 PSI that gauge shows just a 2 PSI leak. Where as the gauge Justin used starts reading at 5 PSI. The procedure is, your motor should hold 6 PSI for 6 minutes. They say 1 PSI per minute leak is acceptable. My motors have never leaked more than 2 PSI in 6 minutes. Just my two cents.
  14. The rangers were in full dick mode at Glamis that weekend. I got woken up from a dead sleep for no camping pass. When I showed up at 2:30 am they weren't selling camp passes, and the machines I was used to paying to get my camp pass were gone. Ranger didn't care to hear my story, wrote me 105 dollar ticket. Then coming back from oldsmobile hill, I was sitting off to the side in my truck with trailer parked. Was waiting for a buddy of mine that got pulled over. Guess what "I GOT PULLED OVER WHEN PARKED" He proceeded to tear through our bikes and registration. You guys are sticking up for being cops. My father is a cop. But there's dick ass cops and then there's cool cops. If you don't like being hated on and talked shit about. You shouldn't of chosen a job being one of the most hated people in America.
  15. Are you sureeeeeeeeee the weather is going to permit you to go? hmmm.. lol
  16. So you in the cell phone industry? lol
  17. It sure sounds like a crank seal to me. What I would suggest is performing a leak down test. That is where you plug the exhaust ports, plug the intake ports and pressurize the motor to 6PSI. It should hold 6PSI for 6 minutes with minor leakage. This can be done several ways. You can make your own leak down tester, or you can buy one from different places online. If it does leak you can spray soap and water around to see where the leak is coming from. If you need some suggestions on making a leak down tester let me know.
  18. Sounds like a TORS issue to me. Stock carbs? I know you say TORS is removed, but is it completely gone? Check your wiring to start, and if that doesn't work, pull the carbs off and clean them out. How old is the gas you are running?
  19. I never read the titles. Sorry. Kev you can do like LC performance does. Take your shipping addy off your website and make them call you to get it.

  22. Was it BansheeDan's cylinders and head? I know he had that stuff going your way. Chad
  23. I know some people use blaster axles on there banshee's. Poor mans drag axle. The blaster axle is not as wide as the banshee axle!
  24. Have a set of stock jugs. They are currently 64.50 bore and need next bore. Cylinders need a good cleaning, and the bore is needed due to rust from sitting. Stock ports. Asking 114. That leaves me 100 after shipping and paypal fees. Pictures can be found here. http://s284.photobucket.com/albums/ll30/si...ff%20To%20Sell/
