I had no idea what to call this topic because I wasnt sure of what to call the bolts that hold the head on. But Yamaha of Troy calls them Bolt, Studs.. ANYWAYS I removed my head for the first time, and let me tell you it wasnt easy... Overall I didnt do too bad, but 2 of the "Bolt, Studs" came out... If you are sitting down on the seat and looking directly down at the cylinder top, it is the very top left hand bolt, and the lower right hand bolt.. (If that matters) What I wanted to know, is what I have to do in order to put those back in, or get new ones or what? I have a few weeks to figure it out because boonman is going to be milling my head and lightening my flywheel , so let me know what options I have, or if someone has done this then tell me what I must do to fix the problem. Also does anyone have those acorn nuts for these bolts? I messed up 2 of my bolts and figure I will just replace them with some nice looking ones.

I have an a-arm frame...But I'm trying to sell it.. I would want to paint it and all that jazz which I dont want to do really.. I just want to ride my shee this year, and as of now, it's not anywhere close to ridable. So I think I will just hold off till next winter, and maybe throw some new ones on there... What do the +2+1 and all that mean?

I have an 87 with a J-arm frame, and one of the J-arms is red, and the other 3 are red... I want to paint them to match, or buy new ones or something.. The ball joints are starting to go on them so I'm leaning towards replacement, but what do you all think?? Should I.... Replace them and just get the color I want. or Take them all off, have them painted or paint them myself, and fix the ball joints. I am trying to get out of this with a low cost, and also not to much time/stress cause riding season is only a blink away!! (last time I tried removing A-arms off of a blaster some wouldnt come off the rotor and caused major problemos)

Sounds simmilar to what I had with my shee... I removed the TORS and put on a twist throttle. When I added the twist throttle I removed something and I have no idea what it was, but theres a picture of it below. It is int he twist throttle, that lil thing made it so I didnt have spark, and disconnecting the TORS without a removal kit made it so I couldnt shut it off... That sucked because the twist throttle was tightened too much and the thing was like wide open, and i couldnt shut it off... bad times.. If you added a twist throttle and that is your problem, I just connected mine again, removed the part fromt he thumb throttle, coiled it up and attached it to the frame. Might not be cosmetically sound, but it works.

I want to take the head off my cylinders so I can replace it, and maybe do some porting or whatever else, but the main problem is that its an 87, and from what it feels like...THey have never been touched. I dont want to risk breaking bolts, or stripping nutts or anything like that, so what would you suggest I do.. I put some of that loosening grease-like stuff on there and that didnt help. Can I just get the right size wrench and get a nice long torque arm and go at it..or no..? Also once I get this problem solved, can I do milling to the head myself? Or would you suggest buying one already done? I have never dealth with boring or milling and have never done it to an engine so I'm sort of in the dark here.. Any tips/suggestions? I just want to add some more horsepower and I have ran out of simple things to do..

I have a few bad spark plugs, and some left over clear hose for your radiator. I might be able to throw in my stock plastic grill, and my bumper that is flattened out.. -
Auction must have included a new F-150 to tow it with, and a trailer stocked with goodies.
-
I'm not sure which is more suprising to me... The fact that someone listed it.. the fact that there are 23 bids....or the fact that ebay is allowing this kind of SHIT Wow......
-

if you think its worth 300, check out this topic on the forum. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...opic=22746&st=0 I bought this with intent to resell it, and reselling it for a loss would be rediculous, especially when its worth 400-500. If you dont agree with that price, that is fine by me, but there are no needed comments.
-
i had an offer of 300 for local sale, and when i had a price listed no one replied so I took it off. I want $500 o/b for it, without shipping. The offers were below my highest offer so why would i consider in the first place.
-
how much for the shee missing top end? any mods?
-
A joke I would hope.
-
I'm just looking for a good offer. It will be going on ebay in a week or so if no one buys it on here, but I wanted you guys to have first dibs.
-
anyone?
-
No trades... Had a local offer for $300

But the question is, will the glow in the dark gunk screw up your engine... (some things arent made to run as coolant otherwise I would use glow int he dark gunk as gasoline )
-
Come on now, 100 more posts and we might have a deal
-
Wow, I thought more people would want a frame then this... Am I doing something wrong?? BUMP

Just a note on that... You say 8-900 is alot on that gun? That would be a very reasonable price for its condition. In fact, that is a steal. The gun alone new is worth that. The maxflow is worth 250+tank is another 200. That alone is 450. 12v revvy is 50, and then i just added in like 50 for random parts which I cant remember what they are cause I cant see the pictures. So add that up, if you are willing to sell for 600...let me know, ive got a friend about to purchase a rat pulse for $1200 Setup worth = Aprx. - $1350 Sale price = $800-900 Paintball guns dont depreciate (sp?) unless the model is no longer made and or is in poor shape, really old, or the company has bad history. Smart Parts is the best PB company ever. But of course if you want a real gun... Get a shocker. Quick note: Alot of people want good deals however, or should I say steals. So at that price, even though it is worth that, there will always be some guy selling it for much less just because he is an idiot, or he NEEDS to get rid of it.. I suggest you hold on that price though, 700 Min.
