  2. any suggestions? this is the part i'm talking about------shift drum
  3. i haven't ridin my banshee in awhile do to life and some medical issues but the last time i rode it i put a little hurtin on my transmission. i went for a trail ride in Pa and the transmission was hard shifting and was getting jammed up.it won't shift into 3rd even if i tried pulling up on the shifter by hand .so i've decided to just replace the forks, drum, star and shifter shaft.i was looking at the yakkey shifter drum assembly and was wondering if it was worth it or a waste of money. i have no problem spending the money i just want it to have no problems.any advice would be appreciated.
  4. i just got the roll design pegs with kick up.awsome well worth it.i know this topic was covered before i just don't remember where i read it.it might have been in bluetraxx.
  5. have you looked at the clark tanks?they have vents in them so the air can pass through.i have the stock stem with the large bar adapters for my tag bars(spader bend) and it works fine.
  6. make sure the air box drain plug is in.been there  also check the stater cover gasket.
  7. worth it :thumb: do a search. lots of posts on this.
  8. it is worth it.buy it you won't regret it. :thumb:
  9. me and my friends went there for a day.two guys on new quads toasted threre clutchs from climbing the rocks(very rocky).i highly reccomand full skids and big tires(bring spares or fix kits).great place for 4x4 quads.on my banshee it was rough i wasn't ready for that :shoothead: .prepare for the water crossing thay can be deep.we rode there almost all day and we where toast by the end.i won't go back there with my shee(to much clutch work and tore up my skids really good).the mine was cool and watching the rock crawlers was to. i'm also from l.i. hampton bays.
  10. sorry if i wasn't clear about what i want to do. i want to take the lower case off with out taking the cylinders off so i can put in new forks and the yakkey cam.is this possible.
  11. i was going to install a yakkey shift cam and star mod. was wondering if i have to take the cylinders off to do so.
  12. i want to replace the plastics on my shee. i would like to use yellow and black like on the 03.i think that all the shees are the same.right?
  13. thanks for the info.i get the website fine on my psp which is great. i just thought the rss thing would be different.i tried it today just to see and it didn't work.no biggy.
