  1. Turkey shit welds, A LOT of miscommunication, and quite a few pissed of people...
  2. Are you kidding me?!? Black front and rear Fullbores with a seat for $375?!? I'll take it! Jeff, those plastics look damn good!! I'd be all over them but I've been looking for a black set.
  3. Probably a bent shaft. You need a new one. I recommend replacing both with some TCS fronts.
  4. You're right, but that's just for the Production class. And after 2006, Banshees should have the same rules as the 250R because it's no longer being produced. But like said before, the Open class isn't usually followed as close as the production class. That's why/when everybody switched over to four strokes.
  5. I bought an IMS bumper off of him in his recent part-out. I had it within one week of my Paypal payment. It was in perfect shape, I just gave 'er a little polish. Thanks man!
  6. The fronts are 20x6x10's and the rears are 20x10x10's. Sorry these are the only other pics I have. These are some old pics...
  7. I made my own. Pretty simple, you just need the tools. It's not a good idea to be jumping on it anyway, so it doesn't need to be made out of Titanium. I made mine for a local parade...
  8. Yeah, that sounds right. I'd say you're on even on the safe side. Most say 160 psi is the limit for pump gas (93 octane).
  9. I'm gonna guess Channahon, IL. It's under his name. Just tryin' to help a brotha out. Broke, I just sent you a PM.
  10. He's gotta be, he had on his site that he was going to stop taking orders at the end of April (April 28 maybe?). So what do you think he's gonna do with all of the work he's accepted until then? Get it all done in one day? I don't think so.
  11. That's not cool. But just because he's not accepting anymore work doesn't mean he's done doing the shit he already has. I know it's frustrating, but I would keep on him. Have you tried calling at different times in the day? I'm sure he's loaded with work now that everybody knows he's leaving the country. But two or three weeks past the expected return time doesn't sound right to me.
  12. Harley shocks work great... BTW: I wouldn't bother with them. Save your dough and get something you don't need to f%ck around with.
  13. I'm interested in that IMS bumper! It looks to be in good shape. Is anything bent on it? How much ya want for it shipped to 52804?!?
  14. So, are you usually riding trails/woods? What type of port did you plan on getting? My opinion is that unless your trying to extract EVERY little HP you can, go with the duals...otherwise get a 2 into 1. I would look into getting a used set up on ebay w/ a 35mm Keihin PWK. You see a lot of Trinity Stage IV's there, but if I did it over again I would look for a Graydon Proline intake.
  15. oooooooo, I'm interested in just the carb. I already got the set up, just wanna try something bigger. I'm gonna guess you don't plan on seperating anything, right?
  16. Wow. It never fails to amaze me how people can be so damn stupid.
  17. I still think you GAIN top end over stock carbs. It'll take you a while to catch me either way...
  18. i always thought the stock size was 24 cc's. I think I would use the 22's, but Dave will chime back in here sooner or later. I use 21's at 700 ft and I'm pushing 155 psi with a port. I've been using 93 octane since I bought her.
  19. It all looks good. I'm diggin' the blue powder. Is that Candy Blue? Like RNBrad said, I think I would just poilish the calipers and leave them at that.
  20. How much money ya got? You'd be suprised what a port could do to the stock jugs. But power wise, it's a better idea to go with the cub. It all depends on what type of power you're looking for and how much you want.
